One of my favorite places to stay on Disney property. Resort is large, but quiet and staff is wonderful! Rooms are clean and good sized. Don't hear any noise from people walking by or neighbors. Great views from any room. Right across the lake from Disney Springs.

Clean. Not well marked depending on arrival time. We arrived around 630pm sign wasn't lit yet. Almost drove by. Children like it clean. Nice price. Comfortable beds. Regular 2br villa upstairs bathroom is tight! Very tight. Barely can turn around in there.

Really nice place to stay. It is in walking distance from Disney Springs shopping. All the staff was really friendly and nice. The room was well kept.

First time staying here. However the rooms were beyond expectations. Extremely clean, big rooms with great amenities. This is my new go here in Kissimmee.

Is ok, but they need to clean more the rooms and the pool. The need to show more the hotel because it is hideing right beside Dennys.

My family and I stayed in the 3 bedroom townhouse. The layout was nice once you walked in the bedroom was to the right with an king or queen size bed (I can’t remember the size) with own bathroom. Next was the kitchen, living room and porch; where we were located we could see the main lobby, the pool and restaurant. Once upstairs, the bathroom separated the two rooms, the big room had the king size bed and other room had an king or queen size bed. I loved that the bathroom was big and only slight issue which didn’t really bother anyone was that the kitchen was small. Other than that we really enjoyed our stayed it was nice and quiet. My son liked the playground which was across the street from our townhouse. It’s also a plus that they ask permission to use me and my son picture for their IG page.

I have stayed at this hotel for 14 nights The hotel is very good for families and the staff are friendly However the housekeeping is very bad and when we complained nothing happened The restore fee is not justified as the pool is to small and so is the other facility's

This advertisement is wrong the reviews are mixed. This used to be a Resort hotel now is an apartment community which is worst then being in a refuge. Do not rent here my mother made the worst mistake in renting here . The property manager constantly stalks the tenants.
