If I could give zero stars I would. My clients and I had a terrible experience at Saratoga National Golf Course. In August, I initially treated them to 18 holes of golf at $150.00 each, but our round got rained out after just 9 holes. The Pro Shop issued us a rain check, promising we could return and complete the remaining 9 holes before October 31. However, when we attempted to redeem our rain check on October 5, we were met with disappointing news. The person at the pro shop desk informed us that to play the remaining 9 holes, we would need to pay an additional $120.00. We were taken aback and asked for an explanation. It was then that we were told that they didn't offer a 9-hole rate and that we would have to pay for all 18 holes, even though we had already paid for the full round initially. Essentially, Saratoga National Golf Course attempted to double-charge me and my business clients, turning our $150.00 round of golf into an astonishing $270.00 round. To make matters worse, I had driven three hours from central NY to honor the rain check voucher THEY HAD ISSUED, only to be told it was practically worthless. This kind of business practice is utterly unacceptable and it’s the type of unprofessionalism that reflects poorly on a club. Most clubs are welcoming and eager to help their players - not this club. What would it have cost them to honor the rain voucher that they gave us? Nothing. Was there another paying customer waiting in the queue that they could have made money on instead of us? No. But even if there was, is that the right thing to do to us right before our tee time? No. They had every opportunity to make it work out for us and simply honor their voucher, but instead chose to alienate us. Quite astonishing really. As a business owner myself, I couldn’t imagine treating one of my customers this way and attempting to double charge them for a service they already paid for. It's disheartening to see a course with such potential resort to tactics that feel exploitative and unfair to paying customers. We expected a more reasonable and customer-centric approach, especially given the circumstances. Saratoga National has lost all future business from me and my corporate clients, who I cannot risk having another a bad experience with.

Beautiful and well maintained golf ⛳️ course!!!

Terrible service. Came with a party of 6, Angelo, our server, let us go over 20 minutes without a drink, all we were without cocktails/water for our entire entrees, and when confronted, sent over a different server with the check. The price isn’t worth the terrible service.

A few days ago my friend who has some physical limitations arrived for his outing which was a charity event. Was told it was cart path only. He then asked for a flag because he would be unable to play otherwise. He was told no problem. Right when the event was going to start he was told he could not get a flag to play. He asked to speak to the person who made that decision. It was the director of golf Peter Tavarres. It took quite a bit of time for him to talk to my friend directly. When he did he was quite rude, condescending, and not understanding. My friend was unable to play that day. I do not undertstand how Saratoga National could employ such a person in such an important role. I will never play there again.

The course is nestled in the most gorgeous setting with lush green fairways lined by mature trees. It's a golfer's sanctuary! The facilities were fantastic, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. If you're looking for an unforgettable golfing experience, this is the spot!

Great place for 18... from starting at the practice range, then going to the first tee, everything is in order to having a great round of golf. Course is awesome and can't wait to go back and play.

Good golf course but completely OVERPRICED and OVERRATED. Ownership/management do absolutely nothing for local golfers. Rates in the off season are now $200 per player. They are basically saying F U

$150 on Mother’s Day to be sent out as a 2some behind a 4some. Left after 8 holes. Expected better for the money.
