We stayed for five nights and were absolutely delighted with our experience. Sophia truly brightened our stay; and her professionalism was second to none. We stayed in room 205, which had two king beds and it was very comfortable. Parking was hassle-free, the pool was clean, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for a quiet getaway, though it may not suit those seeking a party atmosphere. The hotel is family-friendly and just steps from the beach. We are very grateful for our stay and will certainly return. Thanks Sophia, we truly appreciate your kindness, assistance, and want you to know you made a difference. We felt very welcomed and comfortable as if we were home. Thank you!

The past two weekends I had the pleasure of staying at the Saratoga Inn and Resort. I had been looking for a last minute place and this was the only motel with good reviews. I'm glad I made the choice to stay here. The rooms were spotless, and the beds very comfortable. I had a nice, relaxing time at the pool, which was also very clean. It is in a great location , as it is only a short distance to the beach. I want to also acknowledge the staff. Mia, at the front desk was so sweet and went out of her way to provide assistance. I will definitely be coming back!

I'm currently staying here on 8/30/24. I was looking for a same-day stay and calling around to different hotels near the Cape May Atlantis dolphin/whale watching tour to ensure we wouldn't be late. I came across a few hotels that were 5-10 minutes away. I called them all, and it was Mia who convinced me to choose the Saratoga! Despite some mixed reviews, Mia assured me that the hotel had undergone management changes, and the negative reviews were likely outdated. She was extremely patient and thoughtful in selecting a room for our family, and it turned out to be the perfect fit! If you're not used to beach stay hotels, this is quite typical. The hotel is just a half block away from a very nice and clean section of the beach. The room was very clean and quaint. I had a small issue with some linens, but Mia took care of it within minutes. She also helped us find some local boardwalk activities to enjoy. The water pressure in the shower was great, piping hot, and we were able to get an excellent night's rest. The room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, table, and chairs, which was exactly what we needed. We went to the dollar store, bought breakfast sandwiches, milk, and small cereal bowls, and had a fantastic in-house breakfast! TV was clear and working well we had it on a children’s channel. We were also delighted to find out that we had free parking. Pool was clean and just right for us. The room was ice cold from window unit. We'll definitely be back. Thanks again, Mia! We were only minutes away from everything, including the beach, which was only steps away!

This is the worst room I have ever seen in a hotel or a motel. We were told that this was the best room in the place. We were greeted with a dirty rag in front of the door. The room was filthy. The furniture in the kitchen area was falling apart, and pieces of the chair cushion were on the floor. There was no cover on the light switch. Hardly any lights. There was a bug in the kitchen drawer, which also had dirty utensils. The refrigerator was dusty and dirty.|There were several black hairs in the bed. The bed next to it had a stained sheet on it. I can go on and on. We stayed there for a little over an hour, calling booking.com to get us out of there. The person from the front desk looked at the room with us before we left. She agreed that it was in terrible shape and offered us another room. We had already desperately booked a room at the Aqua Beach for a much more reasonable rate. We had to pay over $300 for the room at The Saratoga, which we never stayed in.|We were supposed to stay there for 3 nights. The pictures online of the Saratoga room was nothing even close to what was described as their best room

We stayed here twice this year for the first time, overall great! Good location, short walk to the beach. Pool and the rooms were clean. Our room has some weird floor board issues, but was good other than that. Needs better toilet paper.

Great location a block from the beach, friendly staff that are available 24/7 for any of your needs. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be looking forward to future stays here!

Extremely clean. Rooms were spotless. Quiet. Steps from beach. The owner is new. I am sure she will make the proper improvements. Drawbacks- room was very small. We had room 207 Deluxe 2 Room D Suite. One small dresser. No full length mirror. The only mirror in room was the small vanity one in the bathroom. Extremely small fridge. No door on bedroom. The bedroom has no AC and no window. However, the staff was kind enough to supply us with fans. No lock on bathroom door.
