Sapphire Inn & Suites - Hotel in Channelview - 15765 E Freeway Service Rd, USA

The room was nice, and updated. The front desk guys were nice. I think my issue was the cleanliness. The floors made our feet black, and dirt kept getting stuck to our feet. We found a bar of soap stuck to our sheets. Look like it was washed into the sheets, that’s how I know it wasn’t ours. I think they need to do a better job of sweeping and mopping. Don’t get me started on the yellow bathroom curtain. I did like the place, and hope to see something done about it.

My husband and I had booked a couples massage. As we were walking in a lady at the front desk rudely asks us if she can help us. We explain that we are just here for a massage and she gave us directions. We were a little early for our appointment so we went over to see if we could see the ocean from the window and the lady at the front desk says “the spa is that way”. We decide to ignore her and decided to step outside in the back to see if we could get a better view of the ocean. An older man who worked there chases us down and asks us if we’re staying there. We say no we’re just here for a couples massage. He says “this is private property you can’t be out here”. The front desk lady and this man totally ruined our experience and we will never be back!

The management here is very helpful as well as professional. The rooms are clean, efficient, and private. I really enjoy staying here when I have to be in this area.

Very clean. Housekeeping is excellent. Nice size tv with over 200 channels.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is an affordable hotel that actually look like the pictures and even the upkeep is better when you walk in your room bathroom is nice and even has the soap and shampoo in dispensers. Manger at front desk is straightforward and helpful

Rooms are very clean & beds are so comfortable I would tell any1 this is one of the best in channelview.

The manager there is very stereotypical when it comes to people and very judgemental has to learn how to socialize with a individual before you last judgement.
