Sapphire Inn & Suites- Deer Park - Motel in Deer Park - 846 Center St, USA

So we went to Houston on Saturday July 20 for a babyshower . I was greeted by an Indian man he was nice at first. Then started when we went up to our room so I had my mom and grandma in the car with me. So my grandma had to pee so I told her to go ahead and come inside the room to use the restroom while we waited for my husband to shower so we can go to the party. He didn’t Even let my husband shower he literally kicked us out! Keep In mind just me and my husband were the only 2 staying the night. Anyways so my grandma is 89 years old. She struggled to go up the stairs after we got to the room the Indian man came to my room and started throwing a fit saying that only 2 people were allowed in the room only that everyone else had to get out. Anyways he was being rude I would not be going back there again . The room was nice but the way we were treated never again. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worse costumer service ever!

There is literally nothing within walking distance from here, but it is a very affordable, very nice motel/hotel. Very kind staff, very accommodating and friendly. And always around if you need them. They take customer service to the next level. 6/5 stars easy.

This hotel has everything I need when I'm traveling. My room is VERY clean, the mattress is comfortable and the AC kept the rooms temperature just right. I found the office clerk to be friendly and he went out of his way to help me. This HAS to be the best hotel value in the area. Do yourself a favor and give Sapphire Inn a try.

I stay at many hotels, and this one was surprisingly very nice. The room was large and clean, kinda wish the TV was bigger and not so far from the bed. But all else was great. Even the front lobby guy was very very nice.

Located on the eastern edge of Houston, the Inn is close to NASA. There is a good variety of food joints available nearby, some within walking distance. There were some issues with the room provided and the Inn keeper although initially reluctant did eventually help setting this right.

It was a great stay me and my wife was comfortable and had no problem here staff was nice and the manger made us feel at home, most definitely will stay again.

Ownership is rude as ever. Only had rooms with either working lights or working ac, not both. My wife left her phone and went back for it two days later after tracking it through find my iphone and the owner was trying to keep her phone and erase it because she was notified that someone was trying to clear it. The owner was trying not to give the phone back and proceeded to argue with my wife before my wife had to threaten to call the cops on her. She then threw the phone on the counter finally and was pointing her finger in my wife's face.

The rooms are fantastic. Clean, very well appointed, very nice. Comfortable beds. Excellent value. The location is a busy road, but not too noisy. The lobby could be better equipped with snack options...
