Absolutely delicious. Was told they just made their 100-day as a restaurant coming from a food truck. We aren’t from the area (from N.C.) and thought it was absolutely delicious. The bread + oil combo was amazing that we were asking for the recipe to make at home. 100% Italian and deliciously put together with all of the ingredients. Highly recommend. Our waiter Gino was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions!! Props to him!
Saporis is amazing! Frequented their truck and was so happy to see they opened up a brick and mortar. The atmosphere is nice and casual and the food is always delicious and high quality! Our server, Bart was so great and the service overall was delightful.
We ordered risotto and ravioli. Both are Vegetarian options. Risotto was half cooked the rice were not well done. They were a little raw. The risottos dough was uncooked as well. Atmosphere is very good and the servers are nice too.
Wow, what a gem of a restaurant… no, the whole experience! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with the friendliest staff, a fresh new beautiful restaurant. The wine was a Chianti and that was so amooth and an excellent choice for the meatball appetizers, chicken parm and bolognese gnocchetti. We were only as far as the appetizer and planning our next visit. Can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend!!!
Stopped in before to an event downtown. The staff were wonderful and attentive. I've been to many Italian restaurants in the Austin area and this is the best by far! All the food was fresh and delicious. I would recommend the fried burrata and / or calamari as an appetizer. Overall it was a great experience and will be coming back for sure!
I’ve been coming to this places since it was a food truck. The quality has stayed the same, which is absolutely out of this world. I always get the pasta à la vodka Which is a 10 out of 10 but today I ventured off and tried spinach ravioli which is also a 10 out of 10. You cannot go wrong with anything on the Sapori menu
The staff was amazing and the food was surprisingly authentic. The pasta wasn’t too heavy but great portions, and the burrata was amazing. Will definitely be back, glad to see the place flourishing!
I had the most delightful experience at Sapori. The Italian penne pasta was an absolute standout, from the exquisite presentation to the perfect al dente texture. The rich and flavorful tomato sauce, combined with a medley of fresh herbs, created a symphony of tastes that danced on my taste buds. The portion size was generous, making it an excellent value. But that's not all. I couldn't resist trying the cannoli and tiramisu, and they were equally phenomenal. The cannoli had a crispy shell filled with a decadent, creamy ricotta filling, while the tiramisu was a heavenly blend of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and velvety mascarpone. The attentive service and cozy ambiance at Sapori made the entire dining experience unforgettable. I can't wait to return for another plate of the mouthwatering penne pasta, cannoli, and tiramisu. Bravo to the chef and the entire team at Sapori!
