I would recommend NOT contracting with this company. The training was not efficient nor effective nor timely. Then in the midst of onboarding, a two-step verification process was instigated. Our employees in the field could not get it to work so the app was useless. There was no help or support for this issue. The company did not hold up to its side of the arrangement but then insisted, using collection threats, to collect the remainder of our contract even though they basically did nothing. Do not get involved with this company.
Your program needs to be programmed not to cancel an unfinished reservation. Client booked travel Sunday evening for travel on Monday. Client had a hotel also that required a 2day cancel notice. Well sap concur canceled the reservation and the hotel. Now the client is getting a late cancel bill for 180.00 plus tax. Thank you concur.
So now it's our job to try and contact the hotel and advise the client is still in need of the room today. Just to be told sorry we will not waive late cancel
So in return it took 45 minutes to get in touch with the accounting department and see what they can do since the client needs the room.

I came out of semi-retirement to work at SAP after meeting some extremely talented people during my interview. I really wanted to work with them. Everyday I meet new people that impress me with their experience and ability.
Everyone is working so hard to make the products better, and the software is one of the great works in the software world both in features and complexity. It really requires the enormous amount of raw talent to move it forward.
Worst experience with this company & their product. Their Sales people are NOT knowledgeable nor do they have a full understanding of how their product works or integrate into existing accounting systems. They outsource that part to their Implementation Team and Technical Support Dept- IN THE PHILIPPINES!! Their BELLEVUE sales team DO NOT followup with you or respond back to you once they have sold you their product. They'll say anything to sell you their product but DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Do your research first.
Half the 5 star reviews on their google page is from their own employees saying "it's a great place to work". Well, half those people aren't even with the company anymore. I should know- i've tried contacting them and after MONTHS of no response, getting the run around, and no one following up, i was finally told they are no longer with the company.
Before buying their product/app, my #1 concern was if this was going to be able to integrate/work with our current systems. They assured me 100% it would no problem. FOUR months later, still doesn't work, and now their IT team just figured out it's another $4k and 6-8 more weeks to install another program (from a 3rd party) in order to make their product work with our systems. These are additional costs NOT included nor discussed in the original contract.
Oh, and now the charges they are auto-charging on our credit card, is way higher than the stated amount on original contract. AND THEIR PROGRAM/APP IS NOT EVEN UP AND RUNNING YET! And no surprise, no response or communication from their Billing Department at all.
BUYER BEWARE.
I love Concur's new HQ. It's super fresh and clean. Plus, it's filled with amazing people who are working on a very handy travel, expense and invoice management tool. Just beware of the jelly beans in reception, they are very addictive.
Disclaimer - My wife works at SAP Concur and has for many years. I have been up there a few times and it’s mostly an open and simple office design, everyone I ran into was in good spirits and friendly and, at least when I was there, there were those touch screen Coke machine’s with all the flavors and mixes - gratis.
Terrible product. The platform is expensive and riddled with bugs such that it doesn't work half the time. I could not recommend this service in good conscience. Notice in the reviews that all of the reviews from users rate this company poorly. The good reviews are entirely from their workforce.
Horrible software for expenses, it was a very long drawn out process just to get setup, so we cancelled the service before setup was even completed! The company wasn't willing to drop the service agreement which we had to pay over $800 for 2 companies. Wouldnt recommend this company for expense tracking at all!!!
