We visited on Thanksgiving evening. The service was phenomenal! The traditional meal was done very well. The head chef was overseeing everything with a close eye ensuring a good experience for all. He even "rewarded" my children with a small treat for trying one of the more adult items on the menu. We were very glad we spent the evening there and will definitely stop by again during a normal menu time. Definitely a recommend.
Excellent service. We went for our anniversary breakfast and they provided us with complimentary mimosas. Highly recommend this place. Amazing food!
The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because I've never experienced as long of a wait at a breakfast joint. The prices are average to slightly pricey, the staff was fairly friendly, but the food was absolutely excellent. For the price the quality, quantity, and flavor are very on point. They have good coffee that they leave for you at the table to drink your fill of as you need. Honestly except for the fact that our waitress wasn't very attentive and the wait was very long for breakfast it was awesome otherwise. The hotel is gorgeous, the bathrooms are wonderful, theres a little guy Harvey outfitter shop right next to the eating area. They also serve fresh squeezed orange juice, we didn't try it but it looked really good from the table next to us!
My family and I stayed at the resort over the weekend and ended up here several times. Saturday evening was great!! I don’t remember the bartenders name that night but she was good and kind! Then attended breakfast the next morning and waited some time to even get waited on then the serve says she was there the night before and that morning and will be again that night. Then we waited quite some time for our food (other tables arrived after us and finished before we were served our food) in which mine was cold and over cooked and we asked for extra sauce and refills which we never got so we asked the bartender, Dennis, very nice man!! After leaving we had a full day and came in the evening to order some food and grab a drink and was greeted my a bartender named Kandi, rudest person to ever serve me. She told me we were not aloud to dine in that we must order takeout and then ignored me, went into the back. Finally came to take my order and was dismissive of my son trying to order his food. Then I ordered my drink and she started to make fun of what I ordered with another couple at the bar. At one point I walked away to the front desk because I felt so unwelcome. Then after waiting some time I was advised they didn’t have what I ordered so I had to pick something different. My husband was so uncomfortable he didn’t even want to eat our meal for fear she messed with our food because of the way she treated us. Needless to say she is the reason we will not be staying there again or returning to the restaurant.
My wife and I had our Thanksgiving dinner at Santiago's this afternoon. The food was great and the staff / server's were excellent. The buffet menu had quite a few traditional Thanksgiving items with a few new culinary selections as well. We didn't leave hungry or unhappy. Great Job Santiago's!🤓🦃👍👍
My wife and I had the ahi nachos and the coconut shrimp plate. The ahi nachos were unique and very tasty. The coconut shrimp was also excellent. The portions were quite generous. My wife also enjoyed a daiquiri. The wait staff including the bartender, the runner, and the waiter were all very nice and helpful. Hotel restaurants, in my experience, are hit or miss. Santiagos is definitely a hit!
Ate there several days while staying nearby. Breakfast was super! French toast is best I’ve had in a minute. A bit pricey, 2 dollar upcharge to sub 2 strips of bacon for two eggs. As of this writing the eggs are more expensive than the bacon, so I figure they should take $2 off LOL. But seriously, wait staff does a good job, food quality is high, good atmosphere. Robin the Hostess is very charming; we enjoyed talking with her! Looking forward to many future meals here.
The food was amazing, but service leaves much to be desired. They forgot we were on the waiting list. We had to ask about our place on the list before we were sat. Then we had to ask for a server. Once we finally got one and asked for water and ordered a drink. We didn't see her for the next 15mins. I had to go to the bar to get a glass of water. The music was a nice touch. I love live music. I would have had a much higher rating had service been on point....

What an amazing place right on the beach â±ï¸! The ambience draws you in and it is followed by exceptional service, fresh seafood and the best fried I've eaten in a long time! Our waiter JD was meant to be in the hospitality business. He was polite
Food was great but very filling. We all are too much but that is in us. Had the crab bisque and fries, sent a picture to my Canadian friends and let them know that it is not poutine!
I have to tell you the management at night here is amazing. The gentleman named James at the front counter was extremely courteous and patient with us. Our stay was exemplary and I would put it up against the embassies any day. Don't let the little b
Rooms are very clean with updated decor and very spacious. We had a room with a side counter / microwave and fridge (not stocked) .. the place is next door to mini golf and offers a discount. There are 2 pools on property and private beach access.
