Emma was so knowledgeable, fun and fantastic!! The apartments were great, it’s very resort style living! Automatic shades with the push of a button. I only wish the bedrooms were bigger.

The move-in process for this apartment went very smoothly with the help of the leasing staff. I moved from Kansas City and was able to secure my apartment remotely about 2-3 weeks before my move in date. Melissa, who was the leasing professional helping me with my move, was kind enough to send video tours of my apartment before I signed the lease to ensure it met my standards. The apartment has all the essentials from a fridge and an electric stove to laundry and an AC/heating system. The location itself is beautifully decorated with views of the mountains in the distance. The amenities are plentiful, with gym space, a pool, lounge, and office/study space, and are well kept and clean. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay at Santal.

Melissa Reyes did such an amazing job showing the property. She was very involved with the residents, very knowledgeable with the area and answered all my questions. Signed my lease same day and haven’t been happier. Thank you Melissa!

Absolutely love my new place! It’s still a fairly new property, so everything is really clean, beautiful with modern and chic designs everywhere. Special thanks to Melissa Reyes who gave me a tour of the property and all the amenities. She was so informative, answered all the questions and professional. She went above and beyond to make this move as seamless as possible. The other staff at the office (Annie and Emma) are always ready to help, courteous, and friendly too. Maintenance handles issues within an appropriate time. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live. I would highly recommend this apartment for its amazing staff and overall value. You won’t find a better place in Thousand Oaks to call Home.

The apartment hunting process has been super frustrating for my husband and I. We have seen it all. Coming from TO, we originally planned to locate back to where we came from (Sherman Oaks area). We did a tour here not expecting it to be a top contender because of the location but we were blown away. . I'll echo what everyone said below, it really does feel like resort living. It's absolutely stunning. Emma was beyond wonderful. I actually toured this complex twice and she was gracious enough to answer all my questions, provide accurate information, and patiently wait as I took a trillion pictures of everything. Annie at the leasing office was also super friendly and helpful!! I am currently waiting for my lease and excited to call Santal my new home.

This place is amazing. Resort living in the heart of Thousand Oaks. The staff has been incredible, especially Melissa Perez. She is the consummate professional. Always extremely attentive, making sure our every need has been bet. Melissa made sure our move in was seamless, while managing to always have a smile on her face! Enough can’t be said about her and Santal Thousand Oaks!
