Our party of three arrived about 12:30p and we were promptly seated in a requested booth.. our waitress Haley was there in just a few moments to take our drink orders as well as our appetizer orders.. brought our drinks and hot dinner rolls with the cinnamon butter and took our entree orders.. we received our appetizer orders soon after and we were given plenty of time to eat them before our entrees arrived everything was delicious except my steak was a bit too rare but I ate it anyway.. we couldn't have asked for a better waitress.. excellent service..

My waitress name was Haley, she was such a dear... She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond... The food was delicious... Our appetizers came out at a reasonable time... The food followed right after and was delicious... I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. I gave this restaurant a 5 star!!👍💖💖..

On my last review. My only complaint was The pinacolada was made out of small round bb ice and only had like two sips of actual drink. There was a discrepancy in the menu that wasn't mentioned. This visit I'll be posting it since it's still not been worded right. We ordered the wagon full with a tea and water. We ordered the steaks medium. The wagon full comes with house salads and your choice of two sides. We did recieve our salads but were told that's one of the sides. We got fries each. The steaks were still very undercooked. I will post pictures of our meal and the menu. I did call corporate and ask about the wording of the menu and was told that we are suppose to get the salad plus two sides like fries + slaw. What you get is more than enough but please word your menu correctly. It says house salads and two sides, not or! Your corporate also acknowledges this!

Was a little busy here and the food came out fairly decent the chili was great. I ordered my steak medium rare. You tell me? It was good but I cook them better.

Dry clean inside and out. The service was exceptional. The cheese burger was very good, thick patty, cooked just right, not dry, with all the trimmings. The onion rings, I did enjoy, lightly batted and crispy, there just wasn’t enough of them. The steak sandwich was great, tender and juicy in a soft toasted bun. I would recommend both of these meals. My first choice was the catfish, but they were out of it. So I will return on another day for that. I would recommend this restaurant.

We've been to Santa Fe a number of times. The restaurant is nice. The wait staff is terrific and the food is good. The problem and the reason for the 3 stars is the time it takes to get your food. Our most recent visit was for our sons birthday just a couple of days ago. Our order was pretty simple. 3 sandwiches and the Santa Fe enchiladas. And it still took 35-40 minutes to get it. On a side note 6 stars for our waitress.

I'd give zero stars if I could. We Won't be back, waitress wasn't professional. We sat there for the longest before she took our order or even our drink order. She had problems waiting on our table. Couldn't find her half the time. We were there this past week Jan 31-feb 2nd. May have been Thursday around 3-4 we sat in the left hand corner in a booth next to the pick up window. Next time please don't be touching people. This was so weird...

Had a very juicy steak and the sweet sweet potato was great!! The rolls are so light!! The mixed alcohol drinks were not the greatest. My husband said they had really good sweet tea. The atmosphere here is inviting.
