Ramsin was very helpful, knowledgable, and supportive. Although my hard drive problem (mechanical failure) required it to be sent to a company (Gillware) that specializes in difficult data recovery cases, Ramsin shipped the drive with care, at no cost to me, and placed the repair order. In the end, my drive had rotational scoring that made data recovery impossible. However, the outstanding customer service I received from Ramsin and Gillware (who also didn't charge any fees for the inspection) greatly softened the blow of a disappointing situation. I wholeheartedly recommend Ramsin for your computer repair needs.

Ramsin is by far the most knowledgeable, professional & communicative PC mechanic I've had the pleasure of working with. I had multiple issues with my MSI MOBO due to faulty hardware & other issues. He recommended a much more reliable ASUS MOBO to replace it with & was able to teardown the PC and completely reinstall all of the components in record time.
