Good place for MTN biking, lots of fun trails. Wash outs, berms and the occasional wooden structures over streams. Some uphill climbing that's worth it when you find the downhill deer trails. Recommend checking out.
Lots of wide trails but it's close to the highway and gets super busy because of location being so easily accessible. If you just wanna stretch your legs then this is a perfect place but it is not remote in many ways. Beautiful trails at the beginning of the LI Pine Barrens. Enjoy
Very nice park. You can take your dog as long as you keep it on a leash and clean up after it. We went on a Sunday morning at 10am and saw about 12 other people throughout our walk which lasted about 30 minutes. There are a lot of trails so we tried to stay on the main ones but you can definitely explore. Saw one person on a mountain bike. Will definitely go again.
Never knew this park existed until recently! Nice local park for a stroll in the woods. Trails cross cross all over possible to take many different routes. Small pond for viewing but really not much to see.
It's quite large, the park is a good place if you want to hang out alone or go for a walk with a friend, or your family or your partner.
I'm looking forward to going back here! Seems like a great place for a run and there were dogs, which I love seeing. It was rainy the day I went so I did not venture too far.
A little smaller than I expected but it was a nice walk in the woods. Seems more of a mountain bike trails than hiking
Good place to walk the various trails through the woods. Not crowded but there are occasional folks allowing their dogs off their leash and no one monitoring the park.

It's a really nice place to walking, have pictures taken, historical area with some fun facts and houses from all over Long Island. There's an old school house/chapel you can rent to get married in. Think Little House on the prairie. Great for events

Loved having brunch here! We missed the Cross Sound Ferry back to Rhode Island and ended up staying the night in a nearby hotel. We were searching for a place near the Sayville ferry and this popped up. It was worth every moment. The place was PACKED
