Sandy Shores Resort - Motel in North Wildwood - 2511 Atlantic Ave, USA

The beds were really comfortable so were the pillows. I like the location easy walk to beach, boardwalk etc. The room was clean and just what we needed, we don't go away to spend our time inside the room. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The people in the office are always kind and helpful. I can't wait until next summer to come back!

This is my family's 2nd time staying here. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean and the air condition is cold. PERFECT! I was given fresh towels every day. Staff worked very hard keeping the property and pool clean. Very close to beach and boardwalk for walking. We will be back next year and hope to bring more family.|thank you for having us

Reviews for this motel were mixed, but it worked for what we needed, 2 rooms next to each other and we ended up with connecting rooms which was great. The motel is older, it isn't the modern kitschy place, more older Wild Wood Dowop. But, that is the real Wild Wood. The rooms, one a double, the other a single with a real kitchen were nice, roomy enough, and pretty clean. I don't expect a fully sanitized motel at a resort who basically turn and burn rooms. The showers could have been better, the water pressure was sometimes sketchy. Nothing in either room was defective/broken/missing, so no complaint there. The location is great, 2 blocks to the Boards, a nice restaurant across the street, and all in the center of the area. The price was very reasonable for middle of the summer, and the staff were terrific. We will definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at their other motel Birds of Paradise but decided to try Sandy Shores this time and it was nice. They have updated the furniture so the beds are so comfy and the pillows are really nice as well. They keep the property cleaned and maintained. The pool was very refreshing my daughter and I enjoyed it very much. The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

We have been staying at sandy shores for a long time or her sister motel bird of paradise. |Sandy shores is a lovely little shore motel. The staff are fabulous..the pool is great, and you can't beat the location.|You are a block away from the boardwalk. |Parking is free and easy.|The rooms are comfortable and clean.|This is our family go to place as a family every summer.

Stayed in the most expensive room which was the apartment above office . The maids were horrible only came up 2 times out of 7 to just bring towels . I said we need trash bags and toilet paper and trash taken . They just looked at me and I had to take it away every day . I told the one owner and he said oh sorry that’s the guys job to come up and get it .????? What worst excuse I ever heard . What’s the point of being a maid if al layout going to do is bring towels . They only clean rooms and give new trash bags and toilet paper when you check out . Then it says pool hrs are 10 am to 8 pm . The guy doesn’t unlock or start cleaning until after 10 am then there was adults and kids getting in after 10 pm . Why should we follow rules and others do what they want . I will never come back ever . I had to do a maids job all week because if I did not I would had no toilet paper or trash bags . Just leave it by the door I was told then I did then the seagulls came and got into it . I kept asking for trash bags everyday the one owner just gave me a full roll guess he got aggravated. Then parking forget . It’s so tight and nobody can get in or out .

Sandy Shore Suites Hotel was a very clean, an comfortable place to stay. Room was somewhat small though offered almost all you'd need in a visit from 1 day to 1 week. If anything the only regret I'd have to give was hard to find a parking spot if new to the area. An getting ahold of office.

If the only thing you care about is being 2 blocks from the beach then yes this place is perfect. But if you want a room that is more than 50 square feet, doesn’t have dirt, dust, a shower that doesn’t drain, and cracks in the wall and ceiling you should probably skip this one. For the amount of money they charge to stay here, I would rather have stayed at a nicer place that is a little further from the beach. Will not be coming back
