Sands Motel - Motel in Texarkana - 901 W 7th St, USA

This place is offering self efficiency apartments for 800 a month on all housing and apartment rentals web sites like zillow. The one thing they do not mention is that it is filled with and over run with junkies and crack heads. I went there for an interview with the property manager and as I was walking around the kind of people they have or allow to hang around are not the kind of people you want as neighbors. Unless you use drugs do not go here.

Don't come here unless you know how to live in a hood* nice owners though

At this time they are only renting rooms by the night

Friendly staff.... Rooms a lil over priced! But I didn't see no bugs😁

It's a roof over your head if you're on hard times, but I would call it a drug Haven 🤔

Not the worst hotel but a close second

Desperate need of a serious makeover, air conditioning was not the best.
