Terribly terrible. Dirty beddings and dirty towels wouldn’t even touch them. Stained chairs. No microwave. No breakfast even though my reservation says breakfast included. Holes in curtains. Will never on earth come here again!

Just like all the other reviews say, do not go here!!!!! They have a sign out front says 240$ weekly rate they do not honor their own advertising they will charge you 350+ tax it is not worth it. There is crack heads and tweekers here. Seems like a lot of permanent residents also if you get a bottom room it is even worse. The People up top play loud music and kids are running around being loud the rooms such there is better motels with cheaper prices.

I had previously written a nice review about this place. Sadly I had to delete it and replace it with this updated review. ||Upon my return trip room nine where I previously stayed was not available. Had to pay more for room 11 because it had 2 beds even though I was a solo traveler and repeat Customer.||I woke up with bedbug bites on my neck, hands and legs. This caused great discomfort for weeks.|The owner and his wife, were less than concerned and refused my request for refund. Telling me, their son was a lawyer. OK? I was so wrong about this place. Sad.||I encourage anyone else who has had this problem to post .

Please don't go here unless you have no other option. My husband and I wanted to stay here two nights with our kiddo, and they charge us for three nights. Their receipt says some other number, but my account was charged for three nights. It's becoming a major issue and the woman at the office just keeps yelling at us. This motel doesn't offer any refunds and gives you a hard time when you point out that their system is messed up. 0/5 stars if I could. This is not a hassle you want to handle. $147 was charged to my card for two nights, which at $49/night is equivalent to three nights.

Stayed here 17 years ago. Wasn't worth a squirt then. On a whim, looked to see the current reviews and somehow got motivated to share 10 years back. St. George had a golf event happening back then. Was passing through and got little choice but this place. Paid $70 for the bad decision to not book ahead. We were assigned room 1. Walked in and our souls immediately were sent to hell. The initial impression was sunken, but further inspection revealed dingy flat bedding, burnt cigarette table tops, mold in obvious checkered patterns standing out. Not to mention a carpet with a silhouette type stain.we left immediately and moved on to mesquite not even talking to management on how they could present this as a clean room. I'm so glad after 17 years ago, the owners are showing the skills of improving the operations. Only go here if you're desperate please.

Tv didn't work. Towels and glasses for two when there were three in our party. No weather stripping around door, so it was noisy. At 160$ it was wildly overpriced for what it was. Meh. It was a 40 buck hotel at most and was advertised as such, but it wasn't what they charged.

You're probably seeking a good deal, a place solely for a night's rest. The price is enticingly low, almost the cost of two rooms at another motel. The online images seemed satisfactory, and the businesslike man on the phone secured your reservation. With a contented sigh, you relish the savings and anticipate the charm of the retro neon SANDS sign. As you head to bed, thoughts of the quaint motel and your thrifty decision lull you to sleep with a faint smile.||However, upon arrival, the alluring glow of the SANDS sign fades. The front office, more of a storage closet, hints that your economical choice from last month might have been a misstep. Remembering the other appealing motels you passed, you question the extent of this mistake.||It turns out to be worse than anticipated. The air smells of antiquity, and the distant tunes from a scratchy radio echo through the corridors, whisking you back to a bygone era. This place seems like a business where profits aren’t reinvested. The image that comes to mind is someone squeezing an orange for its juice, then relentlessly crushing it to extract every last drop, leaving the rind a messy pulp. That’s precisely what this motel feels like. To add to the dismay, the continental breakfast turns out to be waffles and juice next door at the Coronado. The torn and stained beds, absence of microwaves except in the front office, paper-thin blankets necessitating a perpetually low, noisy AC, and the overall dirt and dilapidation all remind you that this is indeed the town’s cheapest stay.

Charged a fee for a service animal and kept it even though we made no mess. Stayed for two nights. Convenient location to food and stores that are walkable. Couch in room was covered in stains. Two AC units were running at coldest temperature and stayed at a muggy 81 degrees. The shower was nice and clean and spacious. Didn't use the swimming pool since there was no shade in the 100-degree weather. Affordable if you don't have a service animal or pet.
