So pleasantly surprised with the most incredible stay at the Sandman in Downtown Fort Worth. I chose this hotel because of the raving reviews it had. I was on work travel and it was out of the way but I am SO glad I chose this hotel.
I was greeted with the sweetest gal at the desk who gave me a bottle of wine & drink coupons. She genuinely seemed like she was thankful for my business and that goes a long ways these days.
I will absolutely be coming back and passing the word onto my company as we do a lot of travel to the DFW area.
The hotel was so clean and perfectly up kept. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was all a top notch experience! Thanks for the wonderful stay!
Great hotel! Bottle of wine at check-in - Brian at the front desk was super friendly & helpful! The room was awesome - best hotel room shower & bed pillows ever! The valet staff were also great! It’s very walkable to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, the Water Garden, & cocktail bars - the best being Thompson’s Bookstore across the street! Would 10/10 stay there again!
We had an awesome stay at the Sandman for 2 nights. Great service experience- I called about a loud refrigerator in our room and ended up getting upgraded to a king room! Note: the queen would have been quite small., as it is an older building all modernized. The facilities were clean, good workout room. Enjoyed walking to the restaurants nearby, and the Christmas decor in downtown Ft worth this time of year. It was an easy uber ride to the Stockyards , which are so fun!|Use parking ramp next door, facilitated by hotel they add to your bill. $22 a day
It takes a team of great people working together to create a successful business. The moment we walked into the Signature Sandman Hotel, it was a big welcome. America and Kadjia were so efficient and fun checking us in!! A great first impression! Our room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The location for us was perfect. We also met the manager (Logan) who obviously takes pride in making the Signature Hotel one of the best places to stay in Fort Worth. As far as we were concerned it was indeed the best place yet in Houston!! Bobby makes sure everything is in working order and he also seems to be doing a great job!! |There is also a great Japanese restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is very unique as it used to be an old bank! It is a must to check out!|Thank you to your staff for an incredible stay!! |
Starting off, as soon as we arrived and checked in with the front desk Kadija we were blown away. She was so welcoming, humorous, and super helpful! We loved her energy!!
We have stayed at 4 other hotels in the area and this has been our favorite so far because of the front desk!

Brian was very welcoming and helped us check in late at night. The service has been tremendous! Everybody is super sweet and loves to share the cool history of this hotel. We definitely will be staying here every time we come to Fort Worth.

This hotel is super cute and I love the history behind it. Check in was very easy and everyone was so friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again. It is in a convenient location and within walking distance for so many restaurants and bars. I have already been recommending it to my friends. Thank you for a great stay.
