Sandman Motel - Motel in Waco - 3820 Franklin Ave, USA

Nasty rooms. They charged us 300 for the first week and told us o pets but later said OK will take 20 for tonight.. we couldn't find a nother hotel so stayed and we started paying 370 a week. 300 for room then 7p for dog. 3 weeks later they told me that roo. We was in 32 was a daily room and it would beco.e 420 a week.. that room was bad. Floor was so dirty it's wasn't the color gray it was brown. The wall had food on them no shower curtain. The bathroom look like it was just rinse off the dirt was from years of build up and lake of care. No microwave, lamps the bed was broken so king bed was in a u shape. We asked for it to be fixed and wasn't. We bought the lamp microwave and shower curtain. Bought a mop and broom and cleaning supplies.. they refused to have any respect. Only one person a young man was nice to us. We was going to move to a weekly but they was way worse off.. instalation hanging out I shower the rooms smelled horrible. Now ours smelled OK and was cooler sowe stay in it. The week we decided to leave 4 days early they refused to refund our money and made false police report to keep our money. Oh and did I mention they only take cash and had out hand written receipts. I advised no one to go there and stay. They wil.ri you off by making faulty claims against you and lie about the room you stayed in like we took there things. We got receipts in hand.. we bought everything for that room and they ripped us off and lied.

The staff makes the stay more interesting with advices & tips about the city ,malls,etc.Plenty of electric sockets to charge devices and phones.The perfect place from which to go out to eat you can choose from varieties of fast food places that are so close.free wifi to finish work or make phone calls everything is able to be completed so that you will wake up and be ready to go.

This motel don't have microwaves and refrigerators in the inside not even a trash can plus they want 60$ a night while the roaches and bed bugs stay for free I wasn't even in the room for 30 minutes and almost had a fight just to get my money back!!!!!!!

This roach motel is trash. My car got broke into. The homeless girl ran to this motel and went in an employees room and can you believe it HE ONLY KNOWS HER BY CHRIS. He let her out the back door. Unbelievable. All i wanted was my gas cap back they siphoned my gas, now i cant even drive it until i get another cap.

The staff is very helpful very kind very lovable very patient the staff always trying to do the best they çan the staff are always know always are up beyond. They always greeted you with a smile and tell you welcome in at any time if you have a problem let them know and the maintenance people are very good and a housekeeping lady very helpful very kind she always lovable make you laugh make your day also you next to a lot of restaurants and also Walmart and a Dollar general and always every restaurant you think of and the staff all right in a team and good teamwork

This place is so bad thear is no way it pases inspection no tawls no tissue roches bed bugs no smoke detectors walls have holes no cold wotter verry hot .tolets r verry nasty i am just amazed haw this dump is even open.the only good thing is location an the people

Ive stayed here several times, day rate and weekly. Its a room. Nothing fancy, but functional. They staff are all very cool people. They have laundry facility. I like it's location. Your right by everything. And the price is right.

Very friendly staff but definitely needs new carpets. Would not feel comfortable walking barefoot out the tub in the room i stayed in.and they actually hire orkin to spray for bugs....good job guys on wanting to be treated how YOU should be treated....
