Terrible! Don't stay here. I left my wallet in Lake Charles, but I was able to secure my passport and offered to give them $5,000 in cash to secure my room for potential damages and they refused me. Terrible terrible terrible.
The place is so huge and there are so many units it is hard to find. I didn't like that. We were promised a room on the beach and we were on the other side of the road.
The worst resort Or hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was filthy upon arrival
, smelled like mildew and marijuana in the building. I could feel the sand under the comforter and had no signs of proper sanitation especially with Covid guild lines. Woke up to a cold shower and had to leave my kids filthy for the entire stay since I didn’t want them to get sick. Manager was suppose to call me back but never did and I have tried many times but keep getting hung up on. Charged me resort fees for this garbage is the icing on top. STAY AWAY!!!
No where near beach across from nursing home
Honestly, this is a beautiful place but please beware of the excessive fees tacked on while checking in. You have to take out your own garbage. After paying almost $900 for 2 nights with the excessive fees I wouldn't ever have thought you'd have to take your own trash out.
No complaints, the apartment was very nice and spacious. Enjoyed our mini vacation
