We had such a good time! Gray and the other guy(both had great hair) (I’m so sorry I forgot the other name) were so good with my son and his friends! And the kids had so much fun we already booked our next game, we are coming back to try it out for ourselves. Thanks for a fun experience!

Staff was friendly and explained everything. As far as the VR experience itself was: VR graphics were good, the guns/motion trackers were comfortable and worked well. The mic/sound had some lag and it seemed easier just to talk loudly instead of use the mic. We did the amber sky and zombie levels and while the game play was fun, it was disappointing that you basically can't die or lose. Some of the visuals on the amber sky level were awesome. I feel like the price is a bit steep (50 a person), but it's a fun experience.

The entire experience I had a volume notification that stopped me from playing. Anytime I tried to shoot or move it would come up and stop the game play on my screen/ I normally wouldn't judge on that but the first time I raised my hand for help I was given minimal assistance and told "I did all I could so if it happens again you're going to have to try to play through it." I raised my hand anyways after a minute since the game was unplayable. I got a young woman who was incredibly helpful and considerate and tried all she could. Later I had to call because we believed a wallet might have been left behind and had the different gentleman answer and was again extremely rude and unhelpful. I don't know what to think as the game was unplayable and I had two experiences of terrible customer service and one experience that was out of this world. I don't know if its this one woman's job to carry the entire teams customer service and PR but I hope shes a manager and gets paid for picking up the slack.

A super fun experience! The setup is spacious, the tech is accurate and simple, and the game we played was super fun. Katrina was a terrific guide!

Max helped us with our amazing experience here! He was very clear on what we had to do. Since it was our first time here we really appreciated that! Definitely will be coming back!

Really enjoyed the experience! Even worked up a bit of a sweat fighting off the evil hordes! Had some bugs getting started but the staff (Alex) was really helpful and things were smooth the rest of the game. Will definitely come back to try the other experiences.

This was amazing. My girlfriend and I did deadwood valley! It was WAY BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!! Owen helped us out and he was very knowledgeable and awesome! will be coming back again!

Had a really lovely time playing one of the games offered here. Went with a large-ish work group with a variety of ages / video game interest levels and each one of us had a blast. The team that took care of us was great. Highly recommend this place as a great way to spend a couple hours.
