Sandbox VR - Amusement center in San Ramon - 6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd #2401, USA

Brought my son and 5 of his friends here for his birthday. The kids had a blast. The person who checked us in and go the kids sensors on was awesome. Sania who helped them with their VR headsets and then during the game was also great. The kids enjoyed slaying dragons and the dance party/music video bit at the end was also a lot of fun. I'm sure an all adults group will also have a lot of fun. Looking forward to coming back with my friends.

It was my grandson’s first time and Dylan did all in his part to make it more than memorable, he made him feel among friends.

We will be back. We loved the experience, kids had so much fun, they are ready to play again. The birthday Video was so nice.

Harrison and Devin were absolutely amazing! It was our first time and they made sure we felt comfortable and adjusted the game to fit our skill levels. Super fun and had great personalities to further our entertainment and fun! 100% recommend this activity. Edit: We went a second time and Harrison and Devin were great help! Such an enjoyable experience once again. :)

The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a lot of hiccups which is why I did 4 stars. We didnt start on time because they were setting up another group so I had to go get someone else to help us. When we finally did get set up, the employee left the station so we sat there and again had to find someone to start the game for us. Then the game kept blacking out, there were problems with the mic, the weapons weren’t showing when they were supposed to etc. so all of that was a little annoying. They had to reset our headsets at least 4 times. The crew was very nice though and extremely apologetic, they even took pictures for us.

We had our son’s 11 birthday gathering here. Paige helped us and she was wonderful. Paige explained how sensors worked. She explained the game. She was so patient with our group, and our party had a wonderful time. Our games did also glitch as well, but the players persevered.

My husband and I went for a date night, and it did not disappoint! It was so much fun, and so immersive, I was sweating bullets by the end! The staff was kind and helpful as well. Definitely coming back !
