We stayed 4 days-3 nights in a double bed room with our 3 year old and our English bulldog! The hotel staff were very friendly. Absolutely accommodating for pets. We benefited a lot from the outdoor pet bath which even had soap and brushes! It was also so nice that pet bowls and a mat were provided for the room. It was also great to be given a list of local places that were pet friendly!|Some other highlights include there being a sandbox for kids (with toys) beach toys for use, outdoor games and even some pool toys. A staff member saw my daughter and I playing and he went and got some more beach balls and pool noodles from a cabinet on the pool deck. |The only thing I did not necessarily like about the motel is that there was no designated smoking area. I did not like having to walk past people outside their rooms smoking and smelling it while at the pool. Wish there would have been a side area or something specific for smokers. Check the website before going to see other accommodations the motel offers. At check out they told me if i wanted to rebook you get a discount for calling directly!
Had a great experience here! The check-in age of 18+ was super useful as a young adult, location was great, parking wasn’t an issue (a little tight but always a spot available), AC worked great, staff was super friendly, lots of towels, room was clean, good size mini fridge, and good price range. Our room was small and just what we needed. The one issue was that the shower was hard to figure out how to use and get the right temperature for, but it had a low faucet that worked for washing sandy feet nicely. Definitely would come back!
I love this place. I can't express how accommodating they are and the owner is awesome also. He's down to earth and very accommodating. The staff is great. The rooms are always clean. They keep the pool and hot tub clean. We visit every year and haven't had any problems here!! It's also pet friendly for those who love to bring their fur babies along!! I highly recommend!!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was great! Being under 21, it’s hard to find a place that will give you a room. Here, we had to give a $40 deposit that would be returned at the end of our stay. The staff was great, the room & pool were great. Everything overall was perfect & welcoming. We will definitely be back!
Best hotel for pets, hands down. If traveling with a dog, this place is a must. Dog wash station has everything you need and no extra charge. Upon arrival, they give you bowls and treats for your dog along with a collapsible bowl for traveling. The staff and front office are friendly and very helpful to any requests or questions. My wife and I were offered help many times carrying bags in and out of room. I can't say I've ever had that experience at any other place I've stayed. Will never stay at another pet friendly motel after this trip.
Best place to stay while vacationing. Staff are great always on top of everything. The only place I will book when I come back. The pool area is great for family time for the kids to enjoy with all the activities they have. Close to everything you need for your trip. Also has a dog bath area for your pups with grooming tools to brush and dry your pups properly.
Excellent!! Hospitality Great Value and the best place overall to stay. Biking,swimming, grills,games and pool plus jacuzzi all included. Staff is beyond AMAZING and the owner is the best and now a family member to us. His warm family feel place makes it worth returning year after year. The staff clean non stop. We had a lovely time at the Sandbox motel. We brought our little dog and it was so dog-friendly - they even had a washing station which was so convenient coming home from the beach. I can also highly recommend the dog beach in Wildwood and a short walk on the beach you have a great lunch spot at the PigDog cafe, also very dog friendly|Sandbox hotel was also located well- walkable to most restaurants and ACME just 5 minute away|We can highly recommend Sandbox -

Great place to watch the sunset and take pictures. When we came on Thursday there was a live band playing which was fun! There is also a tiny bridge that is perfect to take your picture with views of the bay and the sun setting.

Hooked on Books! Neat little spot in North Wildwood. We were walking the car show and discovered this little gem. They were very nice gentleman working the counter. They knew exactly where all their books are located. Highly recommend to come here on

Even though I have lived in NJ my whole life and have taken my children to Wildwood many times, my youngest told me she had never tried fudge before! She asked to go to Laura's Fudge so she could get some. This candy shop has a great selection of box
Great authentic feeling Italian restaurant. Food was delicious and the whole dinner experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Milo our server was fantastic and accommodating without being intrusive. Just an overall ideal evening!
