We stayed at room #302 Our stay at this oceanfront condo was nothing short of spectacular. The stunning views of the ocean, coupled with amazing sunsets, made every evening magical. With enough room to comfortably accommodate our family of six, we found the space more than adequate. The interior is wonderfully designed and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We appreciated the ample supply of blankets and pillows, which added to our comfort. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, making our stay even more convenient. Additionally, the friendly staff were always ready to assist with any requests, enhancing our overall experience. This condo is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, and we can't wait to return!

This review is specific to UNIT 400 Sailor’s Retreat. Listed as a “premium stay” this Condo was anything but that. As frequent travelers - we have no issue with dated style but the disrepair in which this unit was in was unacceptable. Dirty and horribly stained carpet and tiles that left the bottom of our socks black (note the entry had a sign requesting shoe removal). Bathroom exhaust fans were filled with black dust that looked close to a fire hazard. The couches were filthy and covered in stains/dusty. The pull out couch comforter was covered in stains and looked like it hadn’t been washed in several stays, there were no sheets on the mattress. Everything had a coat of grime, from the walls to the ceiling to the floor. The online listing images misrepresent the actual state of the unit. While there were cleaners on site, this needs a top to bottom deep cleaning and repair. There was also dirt/cobwebs on the ceiling and severe ceiling damage seen in the images. Forgot to mention the dead bugs in the light fixtures! Could not close the curtains properly due to them falling off the rail and being ripped to shreds. Additionally there was a broken window in the master room that was broken and taped. All reports of concern to Vacasa were given the same generic reply about “reaching out to the local team” and “something’s need a little TLC”. The only positive was the view and the kind front desk staff. Would NOT recommend staying in this unit, especially with the exuberant cost which is by no means justified.

My family and I stayed there a few years ago and it was a pretty nice place so I thought I would try them out again and I found the website a little misleading. They have great room rates, but when I went to book, the price jumped because of "fees" --- cleaning, a damage waiver and a booking fee, so instead of $300 for a stay, it magically became $581. If you want to charge that much for a room, just make that the room rate instead of trying to be shady about it. It's a shame too, we really liked the place.

Located right at the promenade. The people on the front desk are nice and helpful. The lower rating is that the units are very outdated. Looks like the exterior has been renovated and looks modern but the actual units need renovation.

Stayed in room #304, honestly a funky little space. Could have been better, didn't feel like a vacation but more like some grandpas abandoned cabin. Not great for toddlers as they have powered extention cords just laying around (see photos, there were a few more I didn't take photos of. The only one shown tucked away was because I put it bacl there, it was in the middle of the floor when we got there. very unsafe for children.) The main couch is pretty much trashed since you sink so far down into it from it being worn out. Can't hear anything on the phone when you call, the tv was glitching and kept turning off when we first got there but after mentioned it to the very friendly and helpful front desk woman she seemed to fix it remotely. Master room gets very cold throughout the night even with the thermostat at 80°. The pool and fully stocked kitchen were nice as well as the front desk lady was absolutely awesome but that's about it. We were also here while it snowed which was gorgeous! Otherwise, we wouldn't stay in this unit again.

The manager (I assume, I didn't think to ask at the time!) was such a doll. We needed our smoke alarm replaced during our stay because the batteries died and it was beeping. She came out super fast and we even had a great conversation. The room we had was really outdated and the furniture was so old there was no cushion left. But the kitchen was updated and the size and location were amazing for the price. Despite the lackluster decor, which honestly I don't mind all that much, I would totally stay here again. The best part was the view of the ocean from the balcony. Only steps from the beach... Heaven.

Great condos for mid size groups. Each room is different but all are really nice. We'd definitely book here again!

It's a long, windy, and narrow road into the day use area, but it's definitely worth it. The coastline is beautiful. The parking was busy when we arrived, and there was a sign saying it was full when there were actually maybe 10 spaces still availabl

June is a great time of year because of all the wildflowers, but parking isn't great (so get there early!) 80% of the hike is relatively easy... but it's that other 20% that reminds you this IS a mountain after all. Don't let that deter you though! J
