This is a very nice public park that the city of San Clemente managed to tuck away from any direct freeway access. I work out about a mile away and have been to many of the parks here at one time or another and I always thought that this park was part of the private golf course next door. But it's not. This park really has everything, even ocean views.
Real good pickleball. Gates are unlocked by park rangers at 7am. People start to show up at 7-10. 8 courts. Plenty of parking. Pickup games 👍
Pickleball courts were great, but are now closed weekends!! :( And they’re only open M-F 9a-5p… ?? So weird.
Very nice park, never busy, clean bathrooms and beautiful view of the ocean.
Love this park! It has pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball field, and a playground area for the small ones!
This park is beautiful, with a beautiful ocean view and Trash everywhere. Watched a little girl cut her toe on a piece of glass at the playground while I was there. Such a shame. Parents, teach your children to throw their Candy wrappers, and plastic filth in the trash! San Clemente residents, stop complaining about Talega and take care of your part of town! You don't find that filth up here!
My wife and I stumbled to this gem of pickleball park with the view of the pacific ocean while staying in Dana Point. Managed to get a few games with very skilled and really accommodating local players.
I love it, specially the Pikleball courts, I hope we can still be using them in the future, it has a big value in my family health and well-being.

The bathrooms have doors now! This a great park with lots of shade and picnic benches. The playground is for older kids not too easy for younger kids but they still have a great time with all the grass.
