Our first time staying at this KOA. Priced very high in comparison to the county campgrounds in the area. We chose this location specifically for the "Resort pool" which is a huge bonus compared to most campgrounds. We showed up and the pool was down for maintenance, and would be for all 4 days of our trip. We got no prior notification. We drove 4 hours from the desert to stay here. I asked if they were offering discounts since part of their resort amenities were down. The response was no, not at this time. A supervisor wasn't available to speak to. I asked them to pass along that a discount would be appropriate since not all of their advertised amenities were open, and we hadn't been given any prior notification. I may have rescheduled given to option. I have yet to hear back from them. This was during June so there had been a price increase for Summer and weekends already. I think a discount is appropriate. I would love to revisit and have the opportunity to enjoy the resort style pool we paid to enjoy. Other than that the campground was good. Close to main attractions. City noise was a bit much at night. I think they may be close to a hospital because many helicopters circled at night, but hey- this is a city. Bike rentals were pricier than expected, but it was a fun perk. They could have advertised the free events they offered a little better. We missed the live music. No free Sunday pancake breakfast like we've had at another KOA. I had thought that was a universal perk. Hope to return someday and get the most out of our stay.

Very nice RV resort with lots of amenities and cure cottages too. Only problem we ran into is lots of chair saving at the pool. Feel kinda of loke a cruise ship with towels on chairs and no one sitting there. Workers could maybe put a sign up not to reserve chairs or allow for unused cabin chairs to be used.

This place is one of our favorite KOAs. In fact we come here almost every year during the summer and stay for about 3 weeks. We stay in our camper, and most of the time depending on your site they are nice, most of them have grass and trees, some of them are very close to other campers, and others have more space. Some of our family came and stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was fairly clean but the beds were not very soft. The public bathrooms for the tent sites and other cabins are mostly clean and are well kept and cleaned often. Most of the staff are very nice, some of them on the other hand aren’t. They also rarely tell people to follow the rules like the after 10 quiet time which we have had multiple issues with loud music and loud TVs next to us while trying to sleep. As well as the speed limit for bikes which people have gone extremely fast on their E Bikes and there are many little kids running around sometimes without parents and he could have killed them at the speeds he was going. Most of the time this KOA is super nice with a few flaws. I would totally recommend it. The gate is locked at night to the point you need a code to open and close for both people and cars to enter. There are a few homeless camps right outside the KOA but it is fully fenced in and we have never had any issues with safety. There are TONS of dogs and some of them people never tell to stop barking and others people keep off leash or on long leashes that can reach into the road, another thing the KOA people don’t care about those rules being broken. Overall I think the place is well kept, from the dog park, to trash, to plants, bathrooms, etc. all good. Mainly the people staying here do the wrong which the employees could help with. I would recommend this place for all kinds of people. They have things for everyone, daily activities, pools, basketball courts, Gaga ball, movies, and more.

We loved almost everything about this KOA resort the facilities were clean in excellent working order and looked well maintained. The employees were kind, helpful and seemed to enjoy working there. The activities were engaging for kids. Our only complaints were that the bouncy pillows closed at 7:45 each night and it seemed silly to close them down so early as the kids were always playing so nicely and it it seems to keep them busy as apposed to once it was closed and the kids seemed to just wonder a bit. The kids absolutely loved having a place to hang and be kids and were bummed every night when it closed. Seems like keeping it open till 8-9 couldn’t be that big of a deal.

4-stars, but could be 5-stars if KOA addresses a few things. The Bad: Loud, drunk, party people doing foul-mouth karaoke, taking over the pool to the point that my 7 year old was crying. We moved to the point furthest from the group, but it was impossible to escape their vulgar display. Three staff members addressed the group, but they were defiant. What’s worse, not once did I see any of these drunk people goto the restroom. Peeing in the pool?! Management, I hope you are reading this. You need to do better handling these patrons, to keep KOA family friendly. Trash pick-up needs improvement. There needs to be sanitation crews working round the clock on a busy weekend. Trash bins were overflowing. Bathroom trash. Dirty diapers, empty containers. I wish people had more courtesy for other guests. The Pros: Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Awesome pool. Fun activities. Debbie, the Activities Director was a pleasure to speak with. Her team works hard. My kids had a blast doing the bike decorating/parade, animal show, tie dye, and nighttime movie. The camp kitchen is so convenient. The cafe is excellent. It was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful shop. We stayed in one of the preferred camp sites across from the kitchen. It’s definitely a quieter part of the resort. We did hear crows and some traffic, but it wasn’t unbearable. Being a sleep mask and earplugs. Overall, my kids loved the experience. Lots of families and church groups.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in a deluxe cabin for our first visit to this campground! All of the ammenities are amazing and the staff did a great job running everything from the store to the water slide. All of the staff were super friendly (especially the check-in staff, grounds keepers and activity coordinators)! The campground was very clean and the crowd was excellent for a holiday week!

This KOA is great for families. Tons of activities for children. They have bounce pillows! 🙌🏾💜🤟🏽The cabins are very nice, RV spots are great and the tent spots are nice size. Lots of trees. Clean showers and restrooms. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this KOA! Have fun!

The camp sites are pleasant, and the facilities are clean but somewhat run down. However, the real issue is the crows. The manager claims there's nothing they can do to keep them away, yet their glamping area and cabins have speaker deterrents facing them. After I showed the staff my camper following just ONE !!!!!! night, a very nice girl at the desk moved me to a different spot, and an employee offered to bring the pressure washer they use over to give my easy-up and camper a quick rinse. But the manager refused. After pleading with him, he reluctantly agreed to drop off a hose and brush so I could clean my camper but insisted I be quick about it. i have a teardrop camper that was covered from front to back with bird poop!! i Pictures attach to this review. My teardrop camper was covered, not an inch outside was not hit. i could not step outside without touching poop. Nice customer service, Mr. Manager. To save your camper and bikes, consider staying somewhere else. Bikes are apparently stolen often there. an Ebike lock was cut and stolen when i was there.
