Really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone including the staff was very respectful and quiet. Clean rooms, clean beds, Great view from your bedroom. Any questions we had, the staff tried their best to help accommodate or get things taken care of.|This was a birthday celebration so our room was not a problem to have to deal with when traveling. Reasonable price for the number of days we stayed. Breakfast there was amazing ! And the staff in the Dining area look so happy to work there.

My sisters and I vacationed here and really enjoyed our experience. The staff were nice & respectful and did well in accommodating our needs. The ambiance is beautiful and quiet and very clean. We were also local by 20-30 minutes to visit different historical places and restaurants in the area. Einstein bagels and a convenience store market next to it were our go to for breakfast & snacks and is within 3-5 minute walking distance. Overall a great experience.

We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks while a family member was treated at nearby UCSD Medical Center. The room was comfortable, housekeeping staff was pleasant and available, and the food was great but the real stars were the staff! From the Front Desk who were extremely helpful to the M Club where Mark and his staff, Juana, Sulema, and Javier especially made us feel like family. The staff at Fresh were efficient and friendly. Chef Josh in the main restaurant cooked up some fantastic meals, especially the pork chop (huge!)|And airline chicken breast, tender and juicy. The servers are attentive without being intrusive. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and Alison was great, too. Score a big one for Marriott!

This hotel sucks. We booked 3 nights, decided to leave early because the beds were awful, they only offered housekeeping if we asked for it and I believe it was an additional charge, and the breakfast "buffet" was just like any other hotel continental breakfast that they charge $25/each for. They don't have rooms with two queen beds. Pay attention to that, because I missed that when we booked it and had to sleep on double beds. Also, the pool is small and has no hot tub. Ice machine on our level was broken. Elevators sound like they are going to break every time you get on them. We left a full day early and tried to see if they would refund the money, but they wouldn't. I didn't even care enough, keep the money Marriott. I would not stay here. There are so many other hotels within 10-15 min of this place that are $100 a night cheaper, offer free continental breakfast and have nice pools. I don't review much if at all, that's how disappointing this hotel is.

Breakfast was delicious. The bacon was cooked perfectly. Juana and Zulema are so sweet! Fresh was delicious as well. They were very patient and kind to my 5 year old. They have so many different food choices for everyone. I will definitely come back.

Staying here for one week and very pleased with how centrally located the property is. Parking in California is always a challenge so it's actually nice that they have a garage here. I have to give a special shout out to Chelsea at the front desk who took care of us while staying here and was great. Very close to UCSD and within walking distance of great restaurants.

Fantastically convenient location near the UC San Diego Health Center. The whole hotel team was so friendly, welcoming & helpful from the get go, throughout our entire stay. The room was great… clean, comfortable, and lovely to have a balcony for fresh air. The restaurant offerings in the hotel are excellent quality and such a lovely outdoor area. We extend a special thanks to Natalie for your kind care and awesome service, and to Dario for a great breakfast & buffet. |And another huge thanks to The Hotel Manager & Reception Team for assisting me with retrieving an item I left behind - I so appreciate you going the extra mile to help. Hotel rooms are pretty worn and even the shared spaces had an overall tired feeling. |The savings grace for me was Natalie … one of the servers in the restaurant. I had breakfast every morning and she made sure I had everything I needed quickly so I could eat and run to my meetings. She was kind, courteous, and attentive. Food was cooked perfectly, breakfast was my favorite meal of each day!
