What a beautiful and stunning place. All the food we ordered was delicious. Specially, the sushi, it was super Fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant has a gorgeous vibe inside and all the employees are so professional and Amazing. They always checked up on us and made sure we had everything and we were satisfied with the food. This is one of the best sushi places I have been to. You’ll get your money worth at this restaurant for sure. I recommend anyone who’s looking for great sushi around the Rutherford area, This is the place. I’ll Definitely be back to try the rest of the food on the menu.😉🫶🏼

Wonderful food and atmosphere and very kid-friendly. Loved the lobster, eel, and New York sushi rolls. Try the jasmine tea. A lovely and unexpected delight. The dessert was incredible. The kids especially love getting their lemonade served in a Pickachu porcelain cup. Absolute happiness. We will certainly return and try many of the other items on the menu. Free parking behind the restaurant.

Samurai Sushi impressed my wife and I. Great drinks, wonderful service, and very good quality sushi! There are several sushi bars to sit at as well as one alcohol bar. We have been here several times and will be back soon.

This was a great spot, they had delicious sushi rolls.. The service wasn’t the best but it also wasn’t awful. I felt somewhat rushed to order and over time became more friendly. I also understand how sometimes that happens when places are understaffed and busy. I would absolutely go back for a meal and sushi.

Loved their sushi & sashimi plate. I had a pleasant experience with their sushi last year when I visited Nickelodeon Universe with my little kids. Ever since when I visit NJ, I think about trying sushi at this place. They have quality sushi, which just melt in my mouth. I would not go back to cheap quality conveyor-belt sushi again you would find at some malls.

When I came here 3 years I was blown away with service, food, amazing tea selection, and desert. We have decided to revisit the place and experience was mediocre. Only one waitress, that moved slow during the rush time. While music, fresh flowers, chairs and some decor is nice, kitchen was super noisy with chopping or even drilling noise ruining portion of the meal for sure. my sushi was fresh, tiny, and broken. Sushi that cost $15 for a small roll should not fall apart. Ramen was cold. Waitress never came to check on us, and regardless she was busy to do something about the cold ramen. Some places bring tea and even edamame as a compliment not here though. I would not say that we hated it, but we know places better than here.

I am fairly new to Bergen county therefore have yet to eat some sushi. Ordered on Uber eats & the delivery was quick. The shrimp tempura roll tasted amazing(glad I got 2 as a part of the BOGO). I can’t wait to eat some more sushi from Samurai!!

One of the best sushi places in NJ. Always fresh, delicious and high quality fish. Great ambience and employees are very hospitable. The Chu Toro carpaccio is amazing.
