Samsung has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I bought a washer in May and it has never agitated. I have had a service tech out several times replacing everything that can be replaced but it still doesn’t work. Samsung rep Gabriel offered a refund then retracted it. He then sent the service tech out again who spent over 4 hours working on the washer but it still didn’t work. Samsung then cancelled the service ticket and when I questioned it they told me it was user error for overloading the washer. He said I need to refer to the user manual. How could it be from overloading the washer (that was brand new) when it never agitated with no clothes in the first cycle? I will NEVER buy another Samsung product due to the POOR customer service and lack of taking responsibility.

To be honest, Samsung, I'm very disappointed in you all. How can you guys send an update to multiple Galaxy users that directly messed up the software in their phones and don't want to take full responsibility for a situation you caused. There are multiple Samsung Galaxy users, including myself, that a resent software update made our phones not to be able to pick up network carrier signals. Initially I thought it was just my network provider and i had to switch networks before I could figure out the problem was my phone and not my network provider and upon further inquiries I noticed multiple of Samsung users had same issues that happened almost at thesame period. The fun fact is when I called Samsung, I was told I had to pay to get my phone fixed( a problem which they caused affecting millions of users). You guys created this issue, and I expect you guys will need to fix it and pay for the damages you have caused me and the other users, including all the data I have lost in the process. This business strategy to willfully sabotage users and their devices will cause you a big deal in the name of wanting to force users to buy your latest devices in the market.

Samsung...Hmmm how about Samjunk. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I had a problem with my less than 5 month old Galaxy S24 it died all of a sudden they had me bring it to a 3rd party contractor for them they couldn't fix it they said it had water damage. Strange I did sweat while using the phone but 1 its supposedly water resistant and 2 it died 10 hours later at 5 a.m. I used it last at around 6:30 p.m. so how did sweat ruin a phone like this. Well I was told mail it to us (Samsung) they said screen damage but wait when I dropped off the phone at the 3rd party contractor they evaluated the phone and said it's in great condition so how was it now screen damage. After a total bullshit runaround for a couple weeks it changed to not screen damage but under the screen damage from a drop ummm the phone since day one was in an otterbox case with a screen protector and as far back as I can remember it wasn't dropped but ok. I've had Samsung Phones since cell phones came out always loved them always raved about them but this piece of junk nope don't buy one don't care if you get a deal they are junk compared to what they made 5 years ago. I'm actually using a 6 year old cheap Galaxy A 20 which was about 250 when I bought it and its 100 times better than the cheap junk they sell for 800 now. Understand I have no problem paying for the repairs but the runaround I got was totally unacceptable. I've talked with a lot of people and they will NEVER buy a Samsung product again. Please if your considering buying a phone I hope you see this review DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG. Unfortunately their products have gone to junk and believe me they don't care about repeat customers if they do they sure as hell didn't care about me. Never gonna buy Samsung again. I'll find the best Android phone out there and leave a review after 6 months but STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. I've heard only bad reviews from my friends about them. Now I'm a believer.

The worst appliance brand. Do not buy appliance from them as the chances of getting a defective product is extremely high. Their customer service is terrible and it will take weeks and hours spent on phone calls with incompetent customer service agents and multiple false promises to change to a new product. I have never gone through so many hoops to be able to start using a brand new product. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.

Our 7-year old Samsung refrigerator ceased cooling on 8/4/2024, out of warranty of course. We called Samsung service, which contacted a local "authorized" service center, and a technician arrived 5 days later. He advised the unit needed a new compressor(!), and that his company did not perform this work, and charged $130 for the useless service call. We contacted Samsung again, and the agent actually admitted that they had no good way of knowing which of their "authorized" service centers could perform this work! They did, however call around this time before contacting another service company, and this time, after another $100 service call, they agreed the compressor assembly needed to be replaced and they could do it, for almost $1000. Still waiting for parts, which Samsung promised to "rush", now 2 weeks later. Samsung of course refuses to even consider crediting us for the wasted $130 from the initial service call. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY; they take absolutely no responsibility for the products or services they sell.

Had a Samsung French door fridge that developed problems with the icemaker. Turns out, most french door fridges with an ice-maker inside the fridge will eventually develop problems. OK. So we looked at other manufacture's fridges. RELUCTANTLY -Decided to go with another Samsung Bespoke 4 door as it had color panels that matched our decor AND we were assured that Samsung has stepped up their game on quality. Ordered directly from Samsung. RXO was the shipper. Product was NOT delivered on the delivery date. When the NEW fridge was finally delivered. IT was defective. The interior plastic liner appeared to be heat warped so that the shelves and door shelves do not fit. I had registered the unit on arrival. Another aggravation was that there was NO diagram indicating where each interior shelf goes. You just have to figure it out. Ok, so I get online this morning and attempt to reach someone at Samsung. This company is so cloaked in layers of AI, off-shore customer service, cyclic customer service loops that reaching an actual person took me about 1.8 hours. That included time spent on their "automatic chat box" and what I think was a real person. I took photos and up-loaded to this chat. But the problem is that though I described the situation clearly, the person could not understand (ESL) what was the issue. They kept saying "so the installer installed it incorrectly!" NO, the fridge is defective from manufacturing! The plastic interior is heat warped and bowed inward. I have asked for a complete replacement. When I did speak to a live person and explained the issue, gave SN, address, email address, order number and described the issue, then got transferred to another person and had to do it all over again. I get that we are entering the AI decades. But when a customer cannot reach a live person who can actually offer help then that company has no value to me. This is the ONLY Samsung product we own and will ever own. And no I do not want to have a SAMSUNG account. Got too many "accounts" as it is and each one is a portal for hackers to destroy my life. No thank you. SAMSUNG needs to focus less on insulating layers of AI and more on quality and customer service. I do not think that SAMSUNG has stepped up their game. The quality of this item is awful. Would not recommend SAMSUNG refrigerators. You can see the bowing in this picture. Causes the interior door shelf to not be able to be installed. This is just one area that is like this.

The worst customer service is an understatement. I bought a brand NEW Bespoke refrigerator which never cooled. Medication and food loss that Samsung said they would replace. They have changed their mind claiming their unit was never serviced. They are so disorganized, I have the invoice from the service. I have video proof their tech was at my home. They claim they call, then email, yet provide a bad phone number and bad email. Then they email me saying they will cease emailing. Not that they ever accomplished anything. They cannot comprehend what is in an email back to them. It is sad the consumer has proof of their tech in the home, yet Samsung got rid of that info. Such a crooked company. Word to all, put refrigerator thermometers in your refrigerator and freezer, know the food safety temperatures because Samsung does not care. BBB does not help either, as Samsung pays them!
