The shrimp are Huge, I got fish and shrimp both fried. They were very good. Again, the shrimp were huge. The lady at the counter was very upbeat and friendly. She was working her tail off. I went at lunch and they were pretty busy. She was handling it very well. I would recommend this place to anyone that's in the market for burgers, Phillies, fried or grilled seafood.
The shrimp is good but the fish is too seasoned and fried hard and nasty. The woman at the counter is very unprofessional and tries to rush you to order your food very annoying. They're very stingy with the sauce so they can charge you for more. The people that own these restaurants just can't cook southern food correctly.
Real southern eatin'. I ordered a Shrimp Po'boy, my spouse got buffalo wings. We got complimentary Hugh Puppies, they were delicious!! Everything was absolutely delicious! Even the fries had some kickass seasoning! The building is a little run down and connected to a casino. Ample parking with truck parking! Will definitely be back!
it was ok but they are NOT giving you what you pay for. they are ripping folks off by serving basa in place of catfish, breading was a little to salty for my taste and the ramalode left a lot to be desired . Now that's catfish in the photo that I fried. I was visiting family in Shreveport. I'm a cook and know they are cheating their customers. next time you purchase catfish from them compare it to my catfish photo.
The food was so yummy and the service was great some of the best authentic southern food in Louisiana!❤️
Awesomely attained awesome people fast service and as always a 🔥 spicy Louisiana dish that we Cajun folks absolutlY love
The food was like it came from a box and was heated up. I had the 2 piece fried fish and 6 shrimp with fries and red beans and rice. Food was warm but not hot like it had just came out of the grease and the red beans and rice had a wang like something was ruined so I didn't eat it.
My friend had 2 piece baked fish and shrimp. She said half of one piece of her fish tasted like it was bad and the tartar sauce she said was horrible. The place itself was very grungy looking and women's bathroom was very nasty looking.
Wow, wow, wow. Excellent customer service, delicious fresh food, and great prices! We will definitely be returning!

Brunch at Windrush is a real treat. You have to try their chicken and waffles! The mimosas are good as well. The bar has been expanded with multiple TVs showing sports or Chive TV. The atmosphere is great for a nice meal out.

First time having the Red fish formthe Cub dinner tonight, I was fantastic, nice crispy outside juicy and great flake. Pan seared to perfection along with the asparagus and veggies.
Loved everything about this place. The vibe, the service, the location. Dropped in on a Saturday morning for a quick breakfast with family and they had something for everyone. The mimosas are great and have 3 flavors to choose from. We ordered a sele

Love this smallish yet very unique museum. The dioramas were astounding... absolutely mind-boggling the number of hours that went into creating them... and the talent! Other great world of art and a really interesting documentary in the auditorium.
What a charming place this is! My daughter and I arrived on a freezing cold night on a trip from Atlanta to Austin. When we woke up there was snow and ice everywhere. John made us a fabulous breakfast and all the coffee we could want. We knew if we n
