Had the fish and it was cooked fresh and piping hot. They had the seasoned fries like I like and the fish were giant meaty pieces. Tartar sauce is very different and good. Giant fountain drinks. Inside looks a little dated, but I don't really go based off looks. If you're super picky about that, it's not the place for you. Price was good also. A 2pc with fries was 6.99 and it was more than I could eat and I eat a lot 🤣
Pretty good food in the selection I had. The prices were reasonable. I had a bit of a wait but in all fairness, the girl at the counter was by herself. There are many seafood items on the menu. Also typical southern food choices. It is not fine dining by any definition but good food reasonably priced. I like smaller places that are not part of a chain. This fits the bill. I probably would not make a special trip to get there but if I'm in the are I would eat there again.
No A/C!!! Place looks abandoned from the outside. Owners gotta do better! Haven't had A/C for months through atrocious heat! Great food, but I recommend take-out
Prices seem high but for the food you get... wow it is fantastic. The portions are very generous and we have leftovers for another day. We will be coming back.
It was pretty decent. I have had other Sam's with portions that were bigger, and the food tasted better. Several flies around the restaurant!
What can I say? It's Sam's eatery! Great portions. Food is cooked fresh and hot. Actually visited this location on an out of town trip and have to say the portions were better than the one near me! May be why my local one keeps closing down and reopening...IDK... The server at this one was super sweet and patient with my indecisive family!
Great food, love the people who work there
Allot of food for the little price. Really good fish and shrimp. I wouldn't sit and eat there, there is no ambiance at all. But the great food makes up for it.

My daughter and I fell in love with this park! Itâs clean, quiet and has plenty of shade trees. Lots of playground space, picnic tables, gorgeous trails and a great fishing spot. Plus some super friendly ducks!
