Exceptional stay at Salvatore’s Grand Hotel—truly the best hotel I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve traveled extensively for work. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming Kyle at the front desk, setting the tone for a perfect visit.||||Mr. Russell Salvatore and Mr. Mark Jerge were ever-present, impeccably dressed, and hands-on throughout my stay, ensuring that every detail was just right. Their gracious involvement made me feel like a special guest in their home.||||Ashley at the bar was dazzling, not only mixing fantastic drinks but also remembering everyone’s names, which added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable.||||The hotel itself is an epitome of elegance. The lounge, where I spent much of my time visiting with friends, is amazing—so much fun with great music videos and TVs displaying an incredible backdrop of Niagara Falls. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends from my hometown of Lancaster during my Depew high school reunion.||||I stayed for three nights, from 8/23 to 8/26, and every moment was flawless. The gym was the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and I had it all to myself. The king bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly every night. The hotel’s proximity to the airport and all the places I visited in Lancaster and Depew made the location ideal.||||Room service at Russell’s was an experience in itself. The filet topped with blue cheese was simply unforgettable—it melted in my mouth. The sides were just as impressive. I’ve never had a better steak! ||||The hotel’s grounds are spectacular, with the Patriots and Heroes Park being particularly impressive. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a great convenience.||||This hotel is truly unique, combining upscale elegance with a personal touch. If I still lived in Buffalo, I would frequent the lounge regularly. Even now, I would consider visiting Buffalo just to stay here, dine at Russell’s, and relax in the lounge. Salvatore’s Grand Hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience I will treasure.
Salvatore's Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was incredible, it was pristine, and included more than expected; a Bose sound system, wireless chargers, and an oversized hot tub. We ordered room service from Russell's steak House and thoroughly enjoyed the oysters and seafood bisque. We will definitely be visiting again.
We had a wonderful stay at Salvatores Grand Hotel! The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly, the owner made the rounds and spent time welcoming everyone. The night life was fun and the rooms were large and so clean. I would give 10 stars if I could. The location is close to everything.
My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for 15 years. We have come at least once a year and often twice as it was a great spot to stay while shopping. It was always great value and we loved the in house Russells Steak house and especially the bar. It was great way to finish a day shopping and relax in the bar without the worry of driving anywhere. Up until now, we have never had a complaint. We booked this several weeks ago and booked September 1st and 2nd which was Labour day. We called in and spoke to the front desk and booked the 2 nights with dinner reservations for the 1st. We called backed a second time to add an additional couple to our dinner reservation. When we arrived on the 1st, we checked in and confirmed our reservations for that night. We were asked if we wanted reservations for the 2nd as well but said we were not sure but would let them know. We had a lovely dinner with our friends and our server Carl was top notch. We went to the bar after dinner, and while chatting with the Bartender was informed that the bar and restaurant were closed for Labour day. Apparently they were all going to staff an annual party that Russell Salvatore had every year. This was the first we heard of this and were very disappointed that this was not noted anywhere on their website or disclosed when we called to book or when we checked in.
Coincidentally, Mr Russell Salvatore was in the bar with friends at the same time. I told him that I was very surprised and disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed on the 2nd. His response was curt and in my opinion dismissive and rude. He told me that all restaurants were closed on Labour Day and what did I expect? I was a little nonplussed, said he might see me at breakfast and left the bar.
As a salesperson myself, I am very disappointed in Mr Salvatore. I don't think we will be returning to his hotel. We will go and give our business to owners who care about and respect their patrons. He has excellent staff and I hope he treats them better than he does his guests.
My girlfriend was in this weekend from Toronto. So we decided to get a room With the dinner package and the rooms come with breakfast. Unfortunately we couldn't do dinner. Will do it next weekend, but everything exceeded expectation extremely clean everybody's extremely friendly and if you shop the price It's the best deal in town by far, in fact, there's nothing that can compare to it considering dinner breakfast and a room. We enjoyed walking through Veterans Memorial Park in front with all the different statues/monuments, the park is stunning. I'm not surprised, everything Mr. Salvatore does is next level!! Just out of the world AMAZING!!! Beds & pillows were very comfortable, the Jacuzzi tub was AMAZING, bathrooms are GOREOUS, room decor was ABSOLUTELY STELLAR, the staff and class in this place was OFF THE CHARTS IMPECCABLE!!! If you're thinking about coming here seriously just come here!!! My mind is blown by how gorgeous, clean and inviting this hotel is!!! Then on top of it AMAZING STAFF!!! Then last but not least the breakfast was absolutely delicious!!! They really hit all the points!!!
Experienced the most exceptional stay the room was amazing the service and staff are second to none, and the added bonus in meeting Mr. Russell Salvatore being the first class host he’s been in Buffalo for years!!! He made sure everyone was nice to me seriously I loved it
