Salvatore's Garden Place Hotel - Hotel in Williamsville - 6615 Transit Rd, USA

The most amazing part of this hotel is by far the staff! Check-in was smooth. The young woman at the desk (Cam?) handled everything with kindness and professionalism. My room was beautiful, clean, and smelled wonderfully. I was there for a few days, and housekeeping was both friendly and accompanied all of my needs as I wasn't often ready for service when they came by the first time. I was never left to feel as tho it was an inconvenience to come back in a little bit, and they never forgot about me. The service was by far the best I've had in a while. Is this place perfect? Nope, not at all, but they are staffed by some of the best people, who are all about doing the best they can with what they have!

Needed a place to rest for the night on our road trip but we were too tired to look for another place . This hotel is way too dusty and dirty with spiders and human hair. The first room had a digital shower button to use but didn’t work so we were transferred to another room. We thought it will be cleaner but it was still the same dirty and dusty room. The carpet looked soiled with compact dust that almost looked like soil. The furnitures looked beautiful with its old vibe feel but dusty and dirty with spiders in the drawers and human hair on the table. The noise from the adjacent room and hallway was very loud. The coffee maker had coffee stains and compacted dust. The air conditioner was also dusty. The bathroom tiles were also dirty . The inner bedsheets and pillow were by far the only clean things we saw. I had to take antihistamine for my allergies but still woke up with a clogged up nostril and scratchy throat from the dusty room air. The beautiful garden statues, the glittering chandelier, the flowers and luxurious looking chairs in the entrance seemed captivating but the dirt and dust needed to go for this place to be called luxurious. The rooms need deep cleaning.

Reviews are super subjective. We come to buffalo for shopping and normally just need a clean space to sleep and a place to park. This is luxurious for us :) I understand people who say the lobby and decor is dated but we loved it. We thought they did a great job of representing their theme - aside from the creepy waiter statue by the check in desk. Check in was so smooth and everyone was lovely. Our room was large and clean and cold. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water. The building was comfortable and we will 100% be back. Location was close to shopping, so much parking. The things that weren’t perfect didn’t matter enough to mention :) Thanks for everything!

The hotel is beautiful when you enter the lobby, rooms are clean, shower was great, but for a hotel that provides turnover service everyday we seemed to NOT receive that everyday even though we hung sign on the door that we were ready for that service. The side doors not being locked was a bit of a concern and when checking in you are asked to sign that you will not be smoking in the room, yet when entering the hotel from door 3 all we could smell was weed. Microwave in hallway wasn't very clean and people left food on top and on the floor and wasn't cleaned up for two days. The staff was friendly enough when we called down for more towels, etc.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. The hotel lobby was absolutely breathtaking! Huge chandeliers and beautiful sculptures and flowers and its just incredible! The energy is electric! After a walk down a incredibly long hallway (the hotel is long instead of tall, it's really cool) we arrived at our surprisingly large room. Our beds were super comfy and spotless clean as was the rest of our room. The floors were hard which is so much more sanitary than carpet! The showered was huge with strong pressure and scalding hot water. After a great night's sleep we came downstairs and hit the fitness center before having a deliciously breakfast of eggs, sausage, toast and juice. This hotel is right off the expressway which made it super convenient as well. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in the Hamburg/Depew/Buffalo area.

Wonderful place! 10/10 would recommend to anybody visiting Buffalo. Staff was very friendly and approachable. The cleanliness of my room has exceeded my expectations. Very affordable, I was on a tight budget and it fit the value. The hotel is a extremely gorgeous place. It was recommended to me by a friend who also had a good experience. After a long flight, I had a pleasant surprise to the quietness of the area. Beds were very comfy. Left a huge tip for the service. Will be coming back!

We had a horrible experience. Our booked room was sold out. They split my family of 4 into 2 rooms and split the charge. They forgot to put us on the airport shuttle so when we came down at 4 45am the ahuttle had left without us. They did call it back to come get us. Our bed was broken but we didn't complain as it was only one night. During our vacation, i realized they they charged us full price and then half again for the rooms. Upon return from vacation, it took 40 mins for the shuttle to pick us up, and I was promised a call from the manager or owner the following day to rectify the double charge. Did not hear from the manager, and I'm still out over $100. Added way too much stress before and after our vacation.

Definitely do not recommend! The lobby looks great and is well taken care of but that’s about all there is to this place. The food is overpriced and low quality. The rooms are absolute garbage. We had gotten a jacuzzi bath tub king size bed suite and the taps would turn on the water but it wouldn’t turn off. There was no maintenance crew on the property. The front desk shrugged and said they can’t do much and followed up by calling at 2:30am to see if it was fixed. So disappointed! Definitely not staying there again
