Salumeria continues to meet the standards of quality in gastronomy and service here in Miami. With a line up of "great" restaurants that is longer than this review, Salumeria's simple and consistent Italian menu accompanied by their flawless service continues to delight. Tonight, we were lucky to be served by Matilda, who was charming and patient. Dinning at either location is the perfect combination of exemplary service, atmosphere, and quality, good, simple food made perfectly. I will continue to be a loyal patron of both locations as long as they continue to be run so well. 👌

I have been three times here. They are excellent. My favorite dish is the Nero pasta seafood and burrata salad. Boyfriend said that his lambs were good too. Fantastic service. They also have specials for $12, any pasta on Mondays after 5pm. My only dislike is the music, kind of sad ballads that I find depressing for eat, a little loud too. But everything else is good. There is a public parking close.

I was among a party of 8 who celebrated New Years’s Eve at this fine establishment. My expectations -based on many years of lousy NYE meals-were low as we were seated. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter a great service staff who attended to a large party without a hitch. The food was very good too!

The following dishes were savored and each demonstrated culinary excellence: • Pinsa Martina: A perfect 10/10 for its delightful flavors and textures. • Wagyu Carpaccio: Another 10/10, offering a sublime taste experience. • Cheese Board: Impeccably selected and presented, meriting a 10/10. • Branzino: This dish was a highlight with its freshness and preparation, deserving a 10/10 rating. The service was impeccable, matching the quality of the food, with an attentive staff ensuring that our dining experience was seamless and our dishes were served promptly. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning. This establishment has set a high benchmark for dining excellence and has left me pleasantly surprised.

I went yesterday for lunch and the first thing I saw was the great environment they have in this place. The owner (Alessandra) was super friendly, she made me feel like one of her friends. The food was delicious; I ordered pasta a la bolognese with mashed potatoes. Let me tell you, it was a great experience. I definitely recommend this restaurant for casual dinner and event more for special occasions.

If you’re looking for a nice Italian restaurant, this is the place for it. They have different types of pastas and the food we had was delicious, including the tiramisu. I also loved the vibes of the restaurant, it’s cool and cozy.

The restaurant was cozy. There was Italian music playing but it wasn't too loud so you can enjoy it while you're eating and you can also talk and be heard. The service was friendly and kept on checking on us. The food was delicious! The bread was definitely baked there. It was soft and toasted to perfection. The smell of the bread was absolutely devine. The presentation was great and the food was flavorful. The whole experience really transports you to Italy.

True neighborhood gem. The food is exceptional. The dishes are as tasty as fancier Italian places but the atmosphere is much more laid back, like a bistro. The hostess and staff are super friendly, and the homemade pastas are all really delicious with great Al dente texture. Their bread is made in house too and comes out hot.
