The Salt Fork YMCA: A Beacon of Community in Marshall As a seasoned reviewer of hidden gems, I can confidently say that the Salt Fork YMCA in Marshall isn't just a gym—it's a beating heart of the community. In the past 48 hours, I've been consistently impressed by the attentive, kind, professional, and friendly staff, that includes 2 with offices, and a 3rd weeks ago, but all staff in general - They truly embody the Y's values, making everyone feel welcome and supported. Improvements abound! The aquatics area lifeguards are extra vigilant, keeping everyone safe while enjoying the pool and sauna. And, the buzz is electric about the new "42 Days of Wellness" challenge. With a focus on holistic health, including a blood test to track progress, it's inspiring people to reach their goals. But the Y's impact goes far beyond fitness. In this time of turmoil, it's a critical anchor for Marshall and Saline County. I see it firsthand with the youth from my neighborhood, finding not just physical activity but also a sense of belonging and support. Witnessing people from neighboring towns, Central America, Germany, Mexico, and beyond using the Y is a testament to its reach and importance. Not every city has a facility like this, and we're blessed to have the Salt Fork YMCA in our community. The staff makes all the difference, and their dedication is truly inspiring. They're building a healthier, happier Marshall, one smile and one high five at a time. If you're looking for a place to connect, get active, and feel good about yourself, look no further than the Salt Fork YMCA. It's more than just a gym; it's a community. #MarshallYMCA #CommunityStrong #WellnessForAll

Great place to exercise, nice facility
Love this place! Learned to swim 🏊♂️ here last year. Now I take water Zumba twice weekly and water exercises 3 times weekly. I stay in the pool as much as possible. The staff are great 👍. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
Best Y around!
Great fitness center with hours that work for most anyone. I don't have kids but they offer tons of sports and child care for the community. Membership prices are very affordable.
Best fitness place around. At peak hours the free weight area can get kind of crowded. Kind of has that "new school" smell to it, but you know. Love the staff, and the place over all.
This is a great place with many affordable youth programs. My children have learned lots about swim from really kind and knowledgeable instructors.

Large portions, it's a bang for your buck. The food is also good. My favorite thing is the crab rangoons they are crunchy and soft with a bunch of filling.
