Went here for the first time this morning and loved it! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. The only thing is that Google maps has a hard time bringing you to the parking lot in the back but that's not the cafes fault.
Definitely underrated… One of the better bacon egg and cheese bagels I have had in upstate NYC! Perfectly done and toasted. Coffee and presentation was amazing. I got a mocha coffee and they burn 🔥 a marshmallow on top. Chai Latte was good too. The interior was very homey.
I would highly recommend!
Once you walk in, you become immersed in the coffee culture with an amazing atmosphere.
The food and coffee are excellent. I had a cold brew and would highly recommend getting their breakfast sandwiches.
Didn't have any food but had a drink, strawberry cider? Here's the menu as of 7/15/23.
Great place! Plenty of seating (not a whole lot of outlets unless your at the bar). Friendly people! With the Market in the same building, you could stay there all day to get some work done if you want. There isn’t much parking however but they do have a free parking lot which is helpful.
Absolutely brilliant. There’s no reason why this establishment shouldn’t have five stars across-the-board. The quality of the coffee and food is exquisite. The staff is friendly and approachable. Everything is clean and has a calming uniqueness. I just moved here and will be making an appearance very often. I saw that they have a one star from someone that hadn’t explained why. I assume it’s from a troll. Very happy to have found this place.
Salt City is my go to for coffee whether buying beans to make coffee at home, or having one of their talented and friendly baristas make coffee at their location. I’ve only had good experiences with Salt City! You have to try the cereal milk latte - they rotate the type of cereal, so it’s always a sweet treat seeing which one is there!
I’m not from Syracuse, but every single time I go for work I am stopping at Salt City coffee! The Valencia cold brew is PERFECTION. I also have a really unhealthy obsession with the iced banana bread latte. If you haven’t been, you need to go ASAP.

My husband and I hosted a get together at Rise and Grind for our small group of friends and family after our daughterâs baptism. The owner was very kind and responsive when planning this ahead of time via email. The day of our get together, we had
The wait outside (~20-30 min) was worth it. Everything tasted like it was supposed to, and better than many chicken sandwiches and biscuits & gravy Iâve had. I really enjoyed it. I canât wait to take my vegan friends here!
I have had a fantastic experience at this gym and would give it a solid 5-star rating. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a great variety of equipment to cater to different fitness needs. Iâve been coming for about 5 years now, sinc
Hardcore, old school vibe gym; may be a little intimidating to those who have never been, but it's really a gym for any and everyone (those serious enough to take their training to the next level at least). May have a smaller footprint than some gyms
My first time visiting after hearing and seeing all of the delicious creations for months. It was fantastic! Great people, great food, great atmosphere! I can't wait to go back!
Amazing food and service! I came here with my girlfriend we are both vegan and they had great options including a vegan platter for 2! The food was so yummy and flavorful. Our server was so kind and attentive. The atmosphere is also lovely and comfor

Five starts all around. One of the best dining experiences in Syracuse, I think. As soon as you walk in, it's comfy and cozy - I absolutely love the wood fire smell and the exposed brick is a beautiful look. Small inside which keeps it intimate. The
Delicous, delicous, delicous!!! Authentic Polish food, large portions and the cocktails were amazing!! A great family run establishment can't recommend enough. Staff were welcoming! We will be back :)
Very cool concept serving some very good beverages.
Tried the artichoke dip and it was pretty tasty, with plenty of chips to go with it.
The martinis were mixed and presented nicely. The staff are extremely nice and youâre allowed to bring food
