Great service with friendly, bilingual staff available. Very nice portions for the price, and none of the dishes with meat were skimped on. The chips and salsa, and fresh guacamole were absolutely delicious.

My reason for 4/5 is that I ordered shredded cheese to go with my meal, which the menu stated was a $2 side. The cup was maybe an ounce, which was very little for what I expected from $2, and on the bill they charged $2.25. It's only 25 cents so it won't break the bank, but just seems kinda dishonest/fishy. We got the Mexican street corn for an appetizer. Personal I did not like them at all, but the people who were less picky said they were alright. Not very flavorful and lacked the spice and seasoning you would've expected. For our meals we got Arroz con Pollo, Pollo chipotle, and a steak burrito. The burrito was absolutely massive and was enjoyed. I liked my arroz con pollo quite a bit and tried my husband's pollo chipotle, which I'll probably order next time because it was perfectly creamy and spicy. The salsa for the complimentary chips was very good too. For dessert we got fried ice cream and I really can't complain about it. It was delicious, as expected!

Husband and I popped by here for a little dinner after spotting how busy El Leoncito was. We're glad we popped in. Despite it being busy (a Friday night natural occurrence, of course), we were seated immediately. The two seater tables are just small enough to be comfortable yet not too spacious or tight. Service is nice, but we didn't really see our server much after the orders were placed in. Even the food was delivered by a different worker. Common yes but it was a while before our server came around. We were missing a few items from our meals and my drink had gotten down to close to empty. We hated to bother the other obviously busy workers. It happens, we didn't fault her it for it. It's just worth noting why it wasn't really a 5 star kind of experience. Atmosphere is nice, colorful murals on the wall are nice, and place is well lit. I had the arroz con pollo which was a nice portion of food for the size and absolutely delicious. My husband had the arrachera. He enjoyed it heartedly and even tried the chimichurri sauce. We will definitely visit here again soon.

Service was great and the food was exceptionally good. I drove my mother to this restaurant and we enjoyed our time here, it was a bit loud inside and a tad packed towards the back of the restaurant. The food arrived in a timely manner and they checked in on us multiple times. We'd definitely come again.

We ate at Salsas for the first time tonight. The service was awesome!!! Our waitress Marcella was fantastic!! She brought our drinks and food really fast. The margaritas were fantastic and so was the food! We all ordered different things and all the food was great!!! Marcella checked on our table numerous times and was always available when we needed her! The General Manager Daniel Garcia came by and made sure everything was up to their standards. He even brought us a free round of Sangria to taste test to make sure their new recipe was as good as they want it to be! We read a couple bad reviews, but I can tell you they are wrong!!!! Everything here was great...service, margaritas and the food. The prices were great as well. This will be our permanent Mexican Restaurant while we are staying in Titusville!!!

I recently dined at Salsas Cocina in Titusville and was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service provided by our server, Katie. Initially, I was unsure about how well a non-Mexican server could handle the intricacies of such a cuisine, but Katie completely shattered all my doubts with her impressive knowledge and skill. From the moment we sat down, Katie was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended some fantastic dishes that turned out to be delicious. Her enthusiasm for the cuisine and her ability to recommend the perfect dish for each of us made our experience memorable. Moreover, Katie's professionalism, combined with her warm and welcoming demeanor, made us feel right at home. She balanced efficiency with a personal touch, ensuring that our meal was not just food on a table but a truly delightful dining experience. I can confidently say that Katie is the best non-Mexican server I've had at a Mexican restaurant. Her dedication and skill are a true asset to Salsas Cocina. In fact, she's so good at what she does that I believe she deserves a raise for her exceptional service. If you find yourself at Salsas Cocina, make sure to ask for Katie. You won't be disappointed!

Food was great and so was the service. Love their beef chimichangas and their queso. My only complaint was the wait... small price to pay for great food.
