Speaking for the wireless internet service, I’ve used it on and off since 2015. A few months ago I had their upgraded wireless receiver system installed by Erin, and it works great! I live near the edge of the green area on their service map, and get great-decent signal over my 750 square feet. At the basic service level, uploading large (>1GB) files onto Google Drive is slow but steady, and I have the option to upgrade service if needed. I have no problems streaming and doing video calls on 1-2 devices, which is what the basic level advertises. The option to pay 3 months at a time is very convenient. Several of my neighbors also use and love this great local ISP. SBT is an excellent solution for anyone seeking reliable home internet, especially on a boat or other area where conventional ISPs aren’t available.
Our business changed EVERYTHING over to Erin/Salmon Bay. Our phone system, IT and internet all are under Erin with a significant savings to us. Whenever we do have IT issues Erin is very responsive, usually within minutes. One of the best business decisions we have made at our firm.

I brought my computer in to Salmon Bay Tech a little over a week ago to fix a problem I have been having for almost a year now. I have tried to fix it for a long time with no success. Have had the service for 3years in order to get a wifi signal on my boat at salmon bay Marina, and the signal just gets worse and worse over time despite being stationary. If it's an issue of all their customers sharing their bandwidth or something, they drastically need to up it, because this is ridiculous. If there was another option I'd go with it, but jeez this sucks..
