Went here this year for my birthday just so we could pass time for going to dinner and me and my cousins had a great time swinging on the swings just walking around the park.
Serene, beautiful, calming, and stress reducing exercise course along walking path, including a tennis court, zoo and various playgrounds.
Amazing park! It is quite big and in great condition. The families that come are quite nice!!
Best place ever!! Had a picnic at night time and even got a BJ with no interruption!! And I had my dog with me!! Best night ever!!
There are nice trails for washing but I recommend not walking by yourself.
Nice place for a walk. Downside local lunch users can't walk 10 feet to dispose of their garbage.
It is beautiful and peaceful. It is a great place to take a run. Ride a bike or go for a good walk. And oh yeah I almost forgot tennis courts
I remember coming to this park when I was about around the age of 11 or 12 years old. It was my little brothers birthday. & my mom bought me and my 3 other siblings too celebrate. it was my first time ever coming too a park that felt so peaceful, & fun, & the park genuinely left an imprint on my heart & The paddle boats were my favorite attraction. As years went, I’ve always remembered this park in my mind. But I couldn’t quite figure out where the park was located. One-day as I was driving from my sisters residence. I passed the park, & was immediately reminded of that day, I always wanted too go back. I was like a kid all over again, accept this time I had my own children. I decided too stop & give my children a little tour of the park. Still as I remembered accept, one major thing was not the same , & that were the paddle boats, that was a bit upsetting because when I was younger we couldn’t afford too ride them, & I always thought I’d get that chance, the paddles boats gave this beautiful park it’s spunk. & it would be nice too see them return. Besides that, this park is lovely peaceful, & a great place too picnic, exercise, read a book, walk your dog, Jog. Etc. wonderful experience for me.
This a nice quiet park with plenty of local wild life. If you are into waterfowl, this is the perfect spot. Additionally, there is a park for children, a generous amount of parking, tourist center, and boat ramp. Overall, I enjoy this park. I stop
