Salisbury Beach Campground - Featured Reviews (121)
We have been camping here for many years, mainly for the location. The cleaning this year is much improved over last year, but some of the infrastructure is very old and worn. Showers in B/A bathhouse don't drain and there are no shower curtains so it's hard to keep your towel and clothes dry. Boardwalks and beach bathrooms have been improved. Boat ramp is handy and pretty much empty on week days even in August.
Sites are nice size. Water and electric at site. 4 lane dump station. Lots of families and kids. Very nice beach!
Having the beach at a walking distance is the only positive side of the campground. Beware last time we went there we paid around 40$/night. Now it's 84$USD which is waaayyyy too much for what it is. We pay this kind of price for a private where we will have a pool, a game room, etc... There is no privacy, you're in a field, you need at least 4 hoses and a 75 ft electric chord to reach your outlet. Disappointed with the exaggerated price increases...
Campground is so much fun but the grass really should have been mowed prior to Memorial Day weekend.
Great campground! I've been coming here for almost 50 years. The roads have new pavement and the ancient water taps have been replaced. All the campsites now have electricity. Very hard to secure a reservation at this popular place. Non-Massachusetts residents pay a premium to stay. And ReserveAmerica takes its cut.
In the fall I come here to camp when the weather gets cold and the grounds become quiet and spacious. Not many people want to brave the elements as winter approaches, so I use that to my advantage. There is a beautiful beach right across from the grounds, heated bathrooms with showers, and hook-ups for all RV needs. They have great little fire pits and grills you can use to cook on. There is also good soil/sand for setting up tents. I'd say avoid the campgrounds during peak camping season as the place is a mess of hundreds of people; where as in the fall, you'll hardly run into a soul. A convenient place to camp while traveling, or if you're just looking to set up a tent for the night and sit fireside. I'll be back next year.
Great place to camp with friends and family! They recently removed the “ hold down” anchors from each site and graded it with sand. The sand is IMPOSSIBLE to keep out of your camper. Gravel or grass would have been a better choice. That said, I will be returning
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the campsite. You can walk to the beach, enjoy the beautiful views all around, and the kids can have fun at the playground. The restrooms were clean and convenient but the only issue we had was that the toilet paper wasn't fully restocked in all the stalls one of the mornings. Bring your bicycles for more fun! They have a camp store for any essentials needed.
We We're having issues with the state RV parks. We called Beach Rose RV Park and they were more than happy to accommodate us. It was walking distance to the beach and had everything you needed, the lady in the office was extremely pleasant and help
Little gem of a place in Salisbury, not far from Blue Ocean Music Hall where we were headed to see an ABBA concert. This family business has very friendly service, a dining area that can seat 20 people and a clean, well kept lobby. We ordered the chi
Amazing home fries !!! Best I've ever had ! Western omelet had nice big pieces of ham, onion and pepper. Everything was so good our server was amazing and even recommended some places for us to visit while on vacation. 10/10! We will be back !
Nice little campground right on the beach. Camp store is cash only and the guy running it seems a little ornery. Bathrooms were in good shape and used the showers once, no issues there. The water hookups are new and mine was missing the little pla
This place has quickly become my favorite go-to for both regular coffee and other special offerings. Gotta try the âPerfect Pumpkinâ! Great friendly staff, which is seaming more and more a rarity these days.

Parking on road is only $6 and max 3 hours. Newly built bathrooms with plenty of space to change clothes. See pictures. Parking on lots are $15 to $20 depending on busy day or not. Boardwalk food are ok quality. But it is a nice little beach t
First time eating here on a hot Saturday afternoon in July. The waiter, Jonathan B was excellent. We ordered the Po ta chose appetizer which was an original recipe of potato chips, cheddar cheese, scallions, bacon bits w sour cream and salsa. I order
