Specializing in Halal Southeast Asian street food, Salima Specialities has something for everyone. The atmosphere is delightful, with bright hand painted murals on the walls, and the service is friendly and fast. The food is packed with flavor in every bite. The beef skewers were tender, juicy, and bursting with savoriness in every bite. There are huge chunks of chicken in the fried rice, enough to easily feed two, and the samosas were crispy, savory, and delicious. I'm excited to go back and try more!
Seating is limited, but food is amazing. Their short ribs were a little too well done, but still tasted good. Their brisket pho, shrimp noodles and spicy chicken teriyaki were all very good. Quantity of food is on the lesser side, though it was plenty for my family.
Awesome because we able to have authentic halal Vietnamese pho with briskets and meat balls. The price were ok but not wow. We will be back for some more though.
Incredible food. Chickens satay skewers blew my mind. The char kway teow was fantastic. No complaints. Just go eat.
This place is fantastic! One of the best restaurants in WA state hands down We tried the chicken Satay Bahn Mi it was great OX tail Pho was out of this world the broth was delicious Tenderloin sizzling plate and short ribs plate were very very good This place is a MUST try and we are hopefully will become regulars Service was great and staff were very helpful ambiance was very nice with beautiful decor and music
We ordered mango lassi (so rich), passion fruit tea (refreshing), roti canai (better than any lamb curry we’ve had), brisket Pho (first time having it and was so nice in this cold weather). We ordered the rest to go and still need to try those however needed to review this place asap since it had been so long with us living in Seattle (4yrs) and finally finding a place that has put their heart and soul in every single thing that we had!!! On the drive back (taking separate cars) I had to call the hubby and talk over what we had just experienced,,, it was an experience that we had only in places like Thailand and Malaysia.
Delicious halal Cham food! There aren’t many places like these in WA that cater to halal options. The beef pho was flavorful, very similar to the Indonesian style Bat So. We also got short ribs which were packed with flavor, and grilled shrimp which was also delicious. Chicken satay was my personal favorite, definitely would recommend trying it! The place itself is cozy, sort of cafe-like style. If there’s a crowd though it does get cramped. Can’t wait to go back and try out other options!
Amazing food and ambience! Loved the affordability, quality and flavor. The place is small, neat and amazing! You can sit down and eat with your friends, absolutely love the decor and arrangement. It’s all halal and amazing! Definitely must try..
