The service downstairs was fantastic. We stayed there for a wedding and when we arrived the patio was packed for happy hour and again for breakfast. Luckily, Lee was there! She handled the entire floor, inside and out AND the bar!!!! She must have closed and then reopened the restaurant the next day. She had to be exhausted, but she wasn’t even breaking a sweat! She was on point, prompt, and so friendly. Five stars for Lee. Great job girl!
Our stay at Salem Waterfront Hotel and Suites was great. We were passing through Salem on our road trip home and this stay was amazing. My favorite part was the hotel robes! Room was very spacious and large. The free parking was very much appreciated. However, there was not too much of a waterfront view from the hotel. The hotel was in a convenient location which made much of Salem very walkable. Would recommend!
Beautiful hotel in a great location right in the heart of Salem. The front desk worker was so friendly and polite when checking us in and gave us a map, circling places of interest and recommending restaurants. The room was beautiful and clean. Everyone we interacted with here was so wonderful and eager to make sure w had a good time. I would definitely stay here again!
I stayed here quite unexpectedly as my Airbnb fell through. I needed a safe place to stay for the night as a solo female traveler. I arrived after 7pm asking if they had any available rooms. Natasha at the front desk was beyond accommodating! I was coming from a stressful situation and she was kind, patient and understanding. I simply asked for their cheapest room for the night. I was taken aback when I went up to my room and I had been assigned a lovely corner room! This hotel was beautiful, comfortable and just what I needed for the night. I can't imagine how lovely it would be to stay for multiple nights while exploring the area.
We loved this hotel. Very clean and the decor was perfect. Lobby was welcoming and the citrus water a plus. Despite arriving after check-in time, our room wasn't ready. Thankfully, a family member's room was so we hung out there to wait. We were given a timeframe of "maybe 10-15 minutes," so we called down after 15 minutes and again after 30 minutes - still not ready. The agent then told us she'd find us another room that was ready, which she did immediately. The room was beautiful - the bed very comfortable. We had appetizers and drinks at the Regatta restaurant, which was tasty and pleasant. Really the only negative was the water pressure in the shower, which was awful.
Wonderful location, clean updated rooms, pleasant staff. We really enjoyed our one night stay here in August. We had a 2 Queen bed room that was spacious. The bathroom was big and clean. Staff were very helpful. The inside pool was heated and while a little on the small side, it did the trick.
We loved staying at this hotel for a long Salem weekend getaway. The lobby hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating answering any questions we had. The pillows and bed were very comfortable and clean…there’s easy hotel parking and delicious continental b’fasts. The hotel is also in a great location to walk around downtown Salem to see the sites and dine at great nearby restaurants. Also, Ana V was our housekeeper and she did an excellent job of tidying up our room each day. We will definitely be booking another Salem hotel stay at the Waterfront Inn!
Amazing nautical themed hotel. Very well situated for downtown and also beach walks. Ten minutes walking gets you to the ferry port for the Boston day trip. Recommend this to add the leisurely nautical feel!|Hotel staff are friendly and the aircon was so needed. Pool is small but I had it to myself in the evenings.|Will return!
The room was clean and warm. The queen bed was comfortable and sheets smelled clean and soft. The daybed was a little noisy and the trundle bed needs an updated mattress. Neither of us slept on it but we did pull it out to relax by the TV. Love the s

Falafel sandwhich. As soon as I bit into it I swear my eyes rolled to the back of my head. Great portion size. The price is right for how tasty it is, honestly. You just have to try it. Service was incredible. The crispness was crazy good. My taste b
Amazing exhibition. Beautiful story, both authentic and humbling experience. Being able to walk through this house and hear the historical commentary was like being transported back in time. A must see if you are in the area.
