It is a nice place for a a swim. It does have a current so it is also good for tubing, but the current is strong and can carry you far without notice. It does need a little bit more parking and more port-a-potties. You might need to bring your own umbrellas for shade , and also some water shoes because it is rocky. Nice spot to enjoy with the family.
We visit a few times a summer and three kiddos love it. There are always other guests-which we love- and this area is great for the varying types of water play. There's a deeper area for those who swim well and a knee-high section for the littles. Our littles enjoy the "pebble zone" almost as much as the deeper area!
The only reason this wasn't a 5⭐️ experience is because of three state of the park. There was quite a bit of litter and several things left behind from previous guests. I know that's not the fault of the park, but I could tell that some of it was several days old. It was pungent when the wind blew the right way... But we enjoyed ourselves otherwise!
This park is a favorite of ours. There is no playground, but instead there is a river that is always fun for kids to throw rocks in. If the water level is lower it is great for swimming as well. There is a section of pavement that is great for running, with distances marked out on it. On the right side of the park there is one picnic table, but on the far left side of the park there are many more picnic tables. There are multiple benches spaced throughout the park as well. A great place for adults, kids, and pets!
Beautiful spot to stop and skip rocks. Wish there was a bath room and a little kidsplayground
As you can see, we had a lot of fun! The hubby doesn't recommend this place as a good fishing spot but there ARE fish here. The rope swing was found hanging off a tree off the trail path. This place is GREAT for rock hunting and walking!
Great park for kids to play at creek / river see relax gather rocks and cool off. Even might see some Canadian geese.
Love this place , has a nice long stretch of open rocky water front where kids can fish or swim not a lot of trees bushes tall grass to fight to get to the water .
E3 has given me something different, I have always worked out and generally hung out in the power lifting realm. This is totally different but Iâm taking baby steps towards growing in this functional, full-body, and mind renewing fitness! I love th
Being retired from a career requiring 55-65 hour work weeks was somewhat difficult. I found myself needing something to do, so I got a part time job (20 hours a week) like so many other seniors. But, it wasn't all that fulfilling, as I found, I neede
The Salem Museum is a first class, local history site. They have modern, informative exhibits, friendly staff, a beautiful facility, and awesome programs. Be sure to check out the ghost tours and surround cemetery. A must visit while in Salem!
Great place for karaoke, people are Uber friendly regardless of who you meet. Drinks are decent, service is on point. Food was good for bar food. If you come to play pool bring cash :)
By far my favorite gym. Not too big and not too busy but they have everything. Cardio, squat racks, benches, rubber weights, a pit shark, and a wide variety of machines and free weights. The gym goers are also very diverse in their fitness goals, and
Just passing through, was a great visit. Customer service was great. Cleaniness of the Starbucks was very good. Also I got the pork shoulder sandwich it was made perfectly. You can tell the staff cares about quality.
Quiet, clean, & You know the waitresses are good when they see you are eating your food and leave you alone because they know you are happy. Jessica only visited me three times. Personally that is fine with me & I like it that way. Jessica took my or
Nice room! We stayed in #113 for one night. Two queens and the one we slept in was comfortable and soft. Pillows were also comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows available. The room was clean and somewhat insulated as we could hear the rooms around u
