Salem Oak Diner - Diner in Salem - 113 W Broadway, USA

Saw some other reviews saying this place is outdated but I personally love it! I love how charming this diner is and if it changed I’d be upset. Service was amazing, the waitress was so lovely and helpful. The pancakes I ordered were probably the best pancakes I’ve ever had and the sausages were delicious! The pancakes were lovely and fluffy and not to mention everything was very cheap. Definitely recommend coming here.

Dinner plans fell through and we wanted something fast. This little diner is surprisingly good. It looks as though it’s stuck in a time warp. I had French onion soup and a turkey club and my husband had the fried seafood platter. It was all fresh and delicious. Service was good as well.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Excellent Breakfast. Never been disappointed. I do miss the Big Old Oak Tree the diner was named after that got hit by a Tornado 🌪️ I believe. It was a beautiful very old tree. Some of it is still there. Anyway Breakfast is very good and the other meals aren't bad either. Definitely a lot better since the new owners from the Diner a mile or so away on the same road took over.A little pricey but you get alot of food.I guess it's busier at the Salem Oak Diner. Enjoy!!

Been by the Salem Oak Diner many times, but never stopped by. I finally decided to pull over and give the place a try. A diner straight out of the past, it was cozy, had the traditional long counter and a few booths with jukeboxes at each table! I was there for lunch and ordered a salad and a grilled cheese w/bacon sandwich. One of the best I've ever had!! I'm so glad I stopped into the Salem Oak Diner! I will absolutely be back!!

The management sucks. The food is sub par. I blame it on the new owners. The only thing good about this place is the hostess Lynn. I suggest you go to Diamond grill diner a much better place.

This is a new fav of mine. Love how everything is original 1950’s! Very chill and laid back staff and they know 99% of every customers name. Food is really good, staff is nice, facilities are clean. Good vibes all around. Def stop in if you’re in the Salem area.

Friendly, clean, oldstyle trailer atmosphere. Must try on a Friday for their homemade Cream of crab soup!!!! So yummy! Cafer is an awesome cook!!! Half sandwich and soup specials Monday thru Friday!!! All soups are homemade and tasty!!! Breakfast specials all week!!! Chip beef all day everyday!!!

I really like this place. The people are friendly and the food is good. I especially like there breakfasts! Never had any problems with the waitresses. Its a nice place to come eat in peace! When I really want to be alone I sit in the back booths!
