Updating from a bad initial review a couple months ago……today was great. 1/20/2023. Two employees working the line and moving people through. Great fresh veggies and proteins. My buddy and I thoroughly enjoyed. Initial review was this so big improvement……..They need employees!! Food fine I think the one at Halcyon is fine, but this is terribly slow. Like cringy awkward with people after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes walking out the door because one person runs the whole restaurant. Where are the owners rolling the sleeves up? Nowhere to be found. I have been twice totally dead and a 10 minute wait just to get started. I feel like there should be at least three people working the line to manage the customers.

If you love salad, I definitely recommend Salata. They have every topping you can think of and several protein options including a few different chicken varieties, beef, salmon, shrimp, crab and beans. I think they had about 12 different options for dressing too. And it’s very reasonably priced. Everything is fresh. The small option is a big serving. Customer service here is great too.

Rae’nisha (apologies if I am misspelling) was so sweet and helpful. She was the only one that was worth even speaking to. The manager was rude and pushy, was not given his name. But he knows who he is. This was our first time coming here…and if we ever visit again it will ONLY be because Rae’nisha made sure our salads were worth the price.

If you want to waste your time and money come to this location . I came here on a Sunday afternoon because I was craving a steak salad. They charged me $4.90 for steak and was only served 3 small steak pieces. My salad came out to almost $16 which is insane. Not to mention the girl serving me acted like she did not want to be there . Horrible experience I definitely won’t be returning.

Ordered via Doordash. Both salads missing several mix-ins. Pita Strips not included.

OMG! This is such a nice place to eat! The restaurant is completely immaculate! The food looks appetizing! The ambiance is relaxed. It’s the perfect place for a nice business lunch or girlfriend gathering! Everything is freshly made to order!

This my first time at Salata and I will definitely be returning. There are not many options in this area for healthy, quick, good food and this is perfect. I work very nearby and I'll definitely be a regular. The small salad is plenty and affordable. I came in the early evening and the lettuce was very fresh as well as all of the toppings. So pleased to see the variety of what was offered. The chicken was delicious, but my favorite was the herb vinaigrette. The manager was very sweet and provided lovely customer service for my first visit.

Great customer service and the place is very clean and they are well organized and trained to serve your food. I enjoy eating at this place. Me and my wife had a lunch date
