When my condenser reached EOL in the peak of summer Manzo Plumbing responded quickly. Dave did the assessment and installation. Within a few days we had several quotes with options along with pros and cons explained both technically and in plain English. I commend Dave for his subject matter experience, professionalism, work ethics and above all patience. Debbie at the office also did a great job addressing any questions / concerns we had on available discounts, rebates, and tax credits. Thank you.

We needed a new replacement top end boiler and had called every BBB listing in my area. Not one was familiar with the particular unit sought. Until I happen to dial Sal Manzo Plumbing. Not only did Debbie know what unit I needed, but she explained fully every detail. With no hot water at all, we had been taking cold showers for several days and Dave came to the rescue. He was at our house promptly and got right to business. Not only did ne assess the situation, but he installed a temporary hot water system on the spot. I didn't know that was even possible. Dave is a real gentleman and went above and beyond in explaining everything. Dave will be the lead technician when they install my new boiler/water heater unit. I have the utmost confidence that the install will go amazingly. I am not exaggerating when I say between Debbie and Dave Sal Manzo is the very best of the best.

Manzo Plumbing was great. They responded immediately. Mary in the office was so helpful. She called to tell me the tech was on the way. Then I received a text to tell me, too. The tech Chris was wonderful. He was 100% a professional. He explained our options for our bathroom sink repair and had the repair done quickly. He was so knowledgeable in this field. What a pleasure to work with such a professional company.

I recently completed an oil-to-gas conversion with Manzo, and I couldn't be happier with their price, knowledge, and professionalism. I had a service contract with another local AC company, but they wouldn’t service my broken unit for 3 weeks! I called Debbie at Manzo, who helped with my previous project, and she had Dave, their service technician, at my house the next day to fix my unit. Dave was so detailed and honest, explaining everything thoroughly. I am now a loyal heating and cooling customer. Debbie has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the conversion process and in getting my AC unit fixed quickly. Highly recommend this great small business. Very happy with their service!

I would warn all customers to never use Manzo plumbing. They charged me $704 (including tax) for a simple job that took barely 15 minutes. We needed three outdoor water faucets replaced. When he told me the estimate (he originally quoted an unbelievable $1200 but did me the great ‘favor’ of reducing it by half), I agreed because I thought he would have to reconstruct the faucets and the pipes leading to them. Instead he simply unscrewed the valves and screwed on new ones ($12 each at Home Depot). If only I’d known it was that easy and simple. I feel like a sucker. That would price his labor at nearly $1400 PER HOUR for the easiest job possible! When I later called and complained, they gave me all of a 10% discount, $70, which they had advertised anyway. Their bill was still absurdly high. There is little that an exploited customer can do except help others avoid this kind of scam. My advice is STAY AWAY MANZO PLUMBING

Been using Sal Manzo for years. Always fast and excellent service! Had a water pipe leak in my boiler room - they were there the next day. Repairs were done and Sal Manzo referred us to a water damage company who completed work as well - all is good! Thank you.

Called with an AC problem around 11am, service tech - Jay arrived around 12pm!!! Jay assessed problem and give me diagnose in a few minutes. He was straight forward, direct and honest! I also felt comfortable and asked him what he would do if was his house he told me the unit was old (approx17 years old) parts might not be available, and it really wasn’t worth putting a lot of money in that unit….and I agreed with him! I’ve been dealing with Sal Manzo for years now and they are alway responsive and prompt. They do top quality work and their service team is always polite and personable. You get what you pay for… which, now a days isn’t easy to come by! If you want to be satisfied… call Sal Manzo!!!

Recommended by my father in law which is humorous because I very rarely take his advice. However I was in a pinch. They came over within 2 days without a "door entry" fee. Addressed the problems and discussed solutions with me without trying to oversell me. Jay the technician was extremely friendly, putting his booties on every time he came in and taking them off before he went out so as not to soil them. That is huge to me (my wife) and I was very impressed with that attention to detail. Now, I'm chilling literally. Great company.
