We were greeted by their friendly staff and the sounding of the gong 🎶!! A group of family and friends were in Parsippany, NJ for the weekend and decided to try Sakura for dinner on Friday night. We were excited we did. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Hibachi has always been a fun time because the food is always fresh and the Chef's are masters at their crafts. Which includes culinary and the entertainment arts. Sakura was no exception. We thoroughly enjoyed our Chef's energy, presentations and the food was amazing. I highly recommend trying Sakura when you're in the area! 1. Spring Rolls (Shrimp Tempura Rolls not pictured) 🍤 2. Mushroom Soup🥣 3. Garden Salad w/Ginger Dressing🥗 4. Blue Hawaiian, Cosmopolitan and Lemon Drop Martini 🍸(warm Sake not pictured)🍶 5. Fire & Magic 🔥🪄 6. A Beautiful Flame🔥 7. The Volcano w/Lava 🌋 8. Look how fresh everything is... Shrimp, Salmon, Filet Mignon, Scallops, Lobster Tail, Chicken, Broccoli, Zucchini, Mushroom and Onions. Everything was delightful!! 9. Plateing begins... This is a great spot for date night, family fun, seafood lovers, sushi lovers and steak lovers. I highly recommend trying them when you're in the area! Cheers 🥂

Got food to go because we were in a rush ... Everything was Amazing ! Only suggestion would be to pack the miso or any soups in a different container so the liquid doesn't seap through ... Other than that ~ Excellent !!!

Veg. Miso (4/5): Miso had very good flavor. Much better than what I expected. Dragon Sushi Roll (5/5): i would highly recommend you to try this! The rolls were really good with sweet, spicy and sour - all flavors coming together in your mouth with every bite! Vegetable Hibachi (5/5): Vegetables, rice and noodles were cooked well. With some hot sauce on top, it tasted very good. Fried Ice Cream (3/5): Ice cream was good but the fried dough had some frozen taste to it. Hibachi Experience (3/5): I expected more "Hibachi Experience" but it felt short of my expectation from a typical Hibachi grill experience. This may be temporary due to covid, m not sure. Overall this was 3.5 out of 5.

Great sushi rolls. The fish tastes fresh and the avocado is always on point!! Extra points because they remember my order and fill in the gaps when I forget!

Great place, with a gifted, entertaining chef! It was my first visit, and we had a blast. Hope to revisit soon, and maybe see another chef, or try the sushi! Edit: been back a few times since first review. Sushi is great. All the chefs are talented and personable. Love this place!

We had a great experience here for a family get together! We had a child in our party who absolutely LOVED the flames and food! Our chef was very sweet and made sure to make the experience extra entertaining for the child. He really did go out of his way to make the experience especially memorable & exciting for him and we all really appreciate it! On top of that, the food was phenomenal & the prices were great! Thank you to all the staff that made our gathering so amazing and special!!! We will definitely be back!

Never leave reviews but was truly disappointed with the fact that I came here for my daughters birthday and the person doing the hibachi didn’t do any fun tricks for us. Just cooked and nothing more. Would’ve gone to my usual place if I knew this was going to happen. Unfortunately, can’t say I will be back. Will have to stick to niko or Kiki.
