Sakura 15 - Japanese restaurant in Bloomington - 895 S College Mall Rd, USA

Took my husband there tonight for his birthday and I can say we have found our sushi spot. We’re from out of town staying in Bloomington temporarily and we decided to give this place a shot. The service was great. Our server was right on top of things and the food was impeccable! The sushi was so fresh and absolutely delicious. Everything was plated so nicely and came out steaming hot. I got the chicken bento box which comes with a sushi roll and then I ordered the “yummy roll” I believe. It was so good and way too much food! Lol we had to get to go boxes. My husband ordered the rainbow roll and the dinosaur roll. He loved both of them as well. We also got this interesting appetizer and it was crab and cream cheese fried with avocado on top and sauce. Everything looked so good so we kinda ordered everything! Highly recommend coming here!!!

This place is excellent, exceeded all my expectations. The lady who served me was very nice, the sushi chef gets props. The sushi is top notch for Bloomington. Roles are large, presentation is art work. They use raw fish and real crab meat. Overall fantastic!!

Sushi made fresh to order. Everything was delicious! As someone who lived on the coast for 18 years with access to fresh seafood, this will definitely be a go to anytime I'm in the area for work. Trust me, if your sushi roll falls apart it's because it was super freshly made. If that bothers you and you're getting takeout, simply get home and put it in your fridge for 10-15 minutes. Problem solved! Will be back for sure!

Great food, service was great. All our food was fresh. They made a mistake and gave me rice instead of noodles, and it was fixed immediately. Super nice and clean.

If you are ever near Indiana University and you love sushi, then you must go to Sakura 15! They have amazing lunch specials (one of them being 2 rolls for $10!), along with a great variety of Asian dishes. The portions are huge and the prices are really good for what you get. Best of all, everything is fresh and tastes delish! We ordered the Sakura roll, the Hawaiian roll, miso soup and crab Rangoon. Service was quick and pleasant. Wish we had a place like Sakura 15 in Fort Lauderdale!

If you're looking for an amazing Japanese restaurant in town, then check out Sakura 15! This place has some of the best Japanese cuisine around, and their Spicy Miso Ramen is one of their specialties. The ramen is perfect, with just the right amount of spice, and the char-siu pork is tender and flavorful. My friend Casey ordered the Pho, and it looked delicious! The atmosphere here is also great - it's cozy, casual, and inviting. Overall, Sakura 15 is a great restaurant that I would highly recommend!

Food was great but service was lacking a bit. I had to get up and ask for togo cartons. Still the pho was delicious and was great the next day as well. I also grabbed some sushi, it was average personally not much to write home about. You could say that the pho, was phocking great.
