Been here twice and no doubt this place is THE BEST SUSHI RESTAURANT in DFW area. 👍 Highly recommend visiting here for date night - right in the middle of Frisco square and free parking garage is right behind the restaurant. Everything I tasted here is sooooo fresh and absolutely delicious. Food, service, atmosphere...everything is 10/10 honestly.🔥
Everything is fresh & delicious! Staff is quick & friendly. Highly recommend
First visiting to Sake Toro Sushi. The place is very cozy and warm. The foods are amazing with the best service! Both sashimi and sushi are fresh and tasty👍🏻 Recommend to sit at the sushi bar if you wish to try the cheif’s recommendations!
My most recent experience here was fantastic. I went on a Tuesday night feeling skeptical about how things may be considering the day of the week, but I was pleasantly surprised. I've been here before but my most recent visit was the best one. I like that their rolls weren't overdressed with sauces and all of them had their distinct flavor profiles. They didn't take away from the flavors of the fish itself. I ordered the following: Dragon Roll (5 stars): Highly recommend if you like dragon rolls. The balance of eel and avocado was excellent. It was a good size and flavorful. I like that it was the same size as their special rolls. Sexy Jerry (Special Roll - 5 stars): Highly recommend. A favorite. Anaconda (Special - 4 stars): A good roll. It's different. It's topped with fried crispy onions. Rolls Royce (Special - 4 Stars): Also different. It was topped with fresh cilantro. It was like a sushi palate cleanser. Oreo Tempura with Ice cream (3.5 stars): A good dessert. It was $5.50, discounted because it was Tuesday. Good value. Yuzu Cheesecake (3 stars): It was a basic cheesecake. It was half the size of a cheesecake slice that can be found at grocery stores or the Cheesecake Factory. But it was also $3, discounted because it was Tuesday. It was good for one person. If you like yuzu (a citrus fruit) and cheesecake, you may like it. If I had to choose between this and the Oreo Tempura with Ice cream, I'd go with the Oreo Tempura with Ice cream.
This hidden gem offers wallet-friendly sushi without compromising on quality. From fresh sashimi to creative rolls, each bite is a delightful burst of flavor. The cozy ambiance adds to the experience, making it a must-try for sushi enthusiasts on a budget.
The food was yummy and the service was excellent. My friend and I hadn't seen each other for three years, so we were busy catching up and probably not paying attention to much else, but everyone was so sweet anyway. I will definitely add this place to my list of favorites.
This place has some of the best sushi in Frisco! Great service and a chef who really knows his product. I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad dish. Sometimes it gets very busy which will slow down the service, but the food is always worth the wait.
Sushi spot in the middle of Frisco Square. The place is low lighted and the decor is not great however the service is friendly (a bit slow) and the food was good. I recommend the Cajun edamame and the yellowtail sashimi with yuzu. Rolls in general are Asian fusion with sweet sauces and various toppings. Prices are a bit high.
