Wide open lawn. There's a pavillion and nice restrooms. It is a great place to hit the long paved trails along the Virgin River.
Pretty park to ride or walk around on the Virgin River Trail. There is a disc golf course here but you have to look for it. No signage from the parking lot.

Nice quiet little park. Grassy area, large pavilion with charcoal grills and a restroom. Plenty of parking. Everything is pretty well kept. The lawn was torn up excessively by an aerator so that wasn't very fun or attractive for playing. We enjoyed walking along the paved river trail which goes off in several directions from this location. Passed several bikers and runners. We saw a rabbit in the foliage which is common for this area. We'd come back here for a barbecue as long as it's not too hot out! There aren't many large trees to provide shade so keep that in mind.
Happened to stumble onto this park. The grass area was mostly occupied by a flying business selling flight sessions. What was really cool is that I noticed an area where a lot of rabbits were. My dog went crazy! We walked through the bushes looking for more rabbits and there’s a river!! We stayed there in the sand and enjoyed being out near the water on a great day. Nobody else at the river. ✝️
Great place to walk, jog, bike or hang out at the Pavilion and fly drones or model airplanes. There is a big grassy area, bathrooms and water fountain. Electric plug-ins and grills are also available.
This park is a great place to start the 5 mile Mayor's Loop. They just added a new covered gazebo with at least 10 picnic tables and new grills for barbecue. Bring your own charcoal. There are drinking fountains and public restrooms. They also have a bike repair and pump station. There is a paved one-kilometer (or about one-half mile) loop around the park with benches and native plants and wildlife.
Well maintained park along the Virgin River. Park connects with walking/biking trails, has a large covered picnic area with grills and clean restrooms. Plenty of parking.
