Saint Bibiana - American restaurant in Milwaukee - 1327 E Brady St, USA

Loved everything about this Brady Street spot. Our food was excellent and came quickly (it wasn't too busy when we were there). Terrific service and a great vibe. So many items on the breakfast menu that we can't wait to try. This is the sort of fun place you'd expect to find on Brady Street.

I had their fried pickles and for the first time EVER, I was impressed! I’m used to getting something soggy or greasy with the dill flavor almost gone. Saint Bibiana does ‘em right! Thin, light, crisp with good dill flavor. All that I ever wanted since I first heard of fried pickles a decade ago. Left wondering how they cracked the code. Good beer and other snacks too. The appetizer sampler is a good value. Thanks! I’ll be back!

We went for a Sunday brunch and the place was moderately full. We ordered a couple of mimosa and fried pickles. For entrees we ordered two burgers- Bibiana burger and the thing 1 burger. Both of them were really good but we loved the Bibiana burger more. It was cooked fresh. Even the fries that accompanied the burger were perfectly seasoned. The pocket pinch for two was 34$ for us. Will recommend this place for burgers!!

Stopped in here with some friends for a burger which I was told was one of the best. Damn are they good. This is the best way I can sell it to: my friend who is mainly vegetarian will make an exception for Bibs’s burger. It’s that good. First thing I noticed was how tender the patties are. It’s a no frills burger—no fancy sauces or ridiculous amount of toppings. They keep it simple and do it well. Their fried pickles are some of the crispiest and best I’ve had. They looked a little undercooked/pale when they came to the table but that changed once I bit into one. They’re not soggy like you’d get at most other places. The service was great too. Our server/bartender was really friendly and talked with us throughout. She recommended Tingara which was new to all of us. It’s a very interesting shot but definitely worth trying! Just beware of the tingle on your tongue after.

The food was amazing and so beautiful! Such friendly people that work here! Came in on a Wednesday morning and we even got extra hash browns on the house! Food comes out super quick too had plenty of time to enjoy. 10/10 love this place!!

Love the breakfast all day mantra. Got the Hog & Hash with sunny eggs and it was very good. Sat at the spacious bar and had a great time.

Saint Bibiana was really insanely busy when we arrived! Nevertheless, Sophia, our wait person, handled like a pro. Because of this, the service was slower, but this is not a knock on the restaurant ... just poor timing on my part. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the hamburgers, which included fries, were superb!!! I will make a return visit soon.

First the nightlife: excellent place for great service! Every bartender, bar back, security/door, and even the manager…..all the way through best service ever! Also reasonable priced drinks, great vibes and music to dance to! Second…the food! Steve makes the best burgers ever!!! On point, cooked perfectly and all with a smile when served! And I can also recommend the friar fries and pretzel bites - that beer cheese sauce is delicious! There’s a reason I keep coming back.
