We love to take visitors to the distillery. We brought our guests to the perfect pair tasting experience and had a great experience. Clark, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Everyone had a great time. We proceeded to the gift shop for additional tastings and souvenirs, every employee we came in contact with was very knowledgeable and you could tell that they loved their jobs. We really enjoy taking guests here. See you soon!

One of my all time favorite places! You can’t beat the experience. These are very nice, award winning, high quality spirits. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I recommend doing the tasting tour. It’s free and takes 10-minutes tops, but it’s a great way to sample the spirits before committing to a bottle. The Saint is our favorite bourbon and the gin is a close second. Their mixers are absolutely delightful - fresh tasting, low sugar, and wildly versatile - we love the hibiscus and old fashioned. I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Run don’t walk to the best distillery in Florida!

Even though the distillery is small the tour and tasting were one of the best we have been to. My daughter and I have done the entire Bourban trail tour in Kentucky and just about completed the craft tour in Kentucky. Also have ties to Bourbon industry in Kentucky. Anyway our guide definitely showed he is a Bourbon Steward also in giving the history of Bourbon and the standards as well as the brief history of distilling in the State of Florida. I will admit they have a good bourbon product as well as a vodka and rum, my daughter and brother liked their gin, gin is not for me. Everyone we met was more than gracious as hosts. When you are in the area highly recommend you take this tour as well as visit the attached restaurant.

We had a great time doing the cocktail crafting experience. Clark was very informative and funny (even though his wife apparently doesn’t think so) we loved learning about the processes and the mixing of the drinks. Touring the distillery and the private shopping in the gift store afterwards.

Such a great experience couldn’t believe it was free! You learn so much about the history and the process of a different alcohols! Everyone was very friendly the free samples you got were tasty even their merchandise shop at the end was great. They had plenty of variety to choose from if you wanted to bring home something for yourself too or as a gift, will definitely be back on my next visit to Saint Augustine.

The combination of a free tasting and the expertise of the staff made for an unforgettable visit. I will definitely be returning to explore more of their offerings in the future.

Do not walk, RUN to their cocktails classes! St Augustine distillery is an incredible company, you can’t deny the quality of their products are top notch and their own spin on a cocktail experience is one you will not want to miss. Me and my boyfriend had the opportunity to attend to one of their cocktail classes this weekend and let me know it did not disappoint whatsoever! You will not only learn how to make a cocktail and why is not just simply mixing stuff in a cup. Clark was AMAZING, so knowledgable and enthusiastic when he talks about the work that goes behind making each and every bottle. Me and my wife did the self guided tour and tasting. Was not disappointed, great tasting cocktails and most importantly whiskey. I love the port finished bourbon my favorite so far.
